Called on a defender 90.

Called on a defender 90. Told that there was a contract on it. I was offered the same vehicle different color for several thousand more. To make things worse the car I called on is still being advertised! ! Looking for a used vehicle is not fun. Way too many dealers acting unethically.. I may just keep the car I have to avoid any more B.S.

Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. LR Roaring Fork is a long standing trustworthy dealership with knowledgeable staff. Fourth purchase from the dealer in 15 years. Fortunate to have a quality dealership and sales guide with 25 years with the brand so close to home. Very pleased.

I do love the brand and my car, but I am very upset about

I do love the brand and my car, but I am very upset about the lack of customer support from Leo and Fritz. I have been trying to get a quote on new wheels and tires for my brand new 2025 Disco and they continually ghost me. I last heard from them on 04/25/2025 and they told me that I would hear from them early next week. It is now a full week later and still no response. I will continue to email, but very disappointed with this location and sales agents.

Excellent treatment at the dealership.

Excellent treatment at the dealership. They spent a lot of time going over my new vehicle with me. I felt like I got the royal treatment by the sales persons ( Nick and Wayne). They have also done follow-up calls with me to make sure everything is going well with my car and if I had any questions. It is like they take a personal interest in your satisfication.

Terrible service by Courtney Kleager in the finance

Terrible service by Courtney Kleager in the finance department. We purchased a warranty to go along with a used car but decided to sell it after a year. We were told when we purchased the car we could get a refund on the warranty if we sold it. She never returned our emails or calls. We stopped by to speak in person twice and she promised to submit the paperwork to get us the refund but we never heard back from her. It has been over a year with countless requests that have gone ignored. For a luxury car dealership, the customer service is atrocious. We highly recommend you shop elsewhere. We have purchased two other luxury cars in the past year from a Volvo dealer and had a SIGNIFICANTLY better experience. We cannot even begin to compare the difference. Beware of empty promises.

Just purchased a used Land Rover from this dealership. Lohane was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Will go back to these guys for my next vehicle.
