Chidozie Osuala was fantastic.
Chidozie Osuala was fantastic. very helpful and not over the top with the pressure. as was Jake. The two people below that are listed Courtney Goodgain and Morgann Hines, I never talked to or saw them. But Chidozie was fantastic.

When I arrived, the service was normal, but they didn't
When I arrived, the service was normal, but they didn't keep me informed about what was happening with my car. When it was ready, my car was parked outside for about 35 minutes, and they didn't even call me when they called me to pay. I had to wait another 15 minutes because they couldn't find the keys. I'm considering looking for another Kia location to get my services done.

I previously had 3 years of excellent service from
I previously had 3 years of excellent service from Arapahoe Kia. However, my last experience was a complete disaster. Initially, I called 3 times to make a service appointment. Each time I ended up at a mailbox with the message ‘this mailbox cannot be used’. On my 4th call, I explained this to the operator and then ended up with an AI bot who scheduled a service appointment for me with the caveat that the appointment should not be considered confirmed until I received a call from the service department. Two days later I still had not received a call from the service department. Three more calls again led me to the same mailbox with the message ‘this mailbox cannot be used’. On my 4th call the operator took notes about my experience and apparently went down to the service department and explained the situation. Several hours later, I received a call from a human being in the service department and was actually able to schedule my service. After my service the following week, I was not able to get a print out of the inspection results because of computer problems. Now, several days later, I receive an email from Arapahoe Kia stating that they are sorry I missed my appointment and would be happy to reschedule. Since I did not miss my appointment, I have no idea why I received this message. Someone needs to clean up this mess.

I had a terrible experience with this dealerships service
I had a terrible experience with this dealerships service department 2 years ago and vowed I’d never go back. But after visiting a couple of other Kia dealerships whose sales side was atrocious, I decided to go back, this is where I bought my Sorrento in the first place. All that being said, I came in expecting to get denied. I’ve had some really rough things happen over the last few years of my credit was terrible and my income had gone down and so I expected to not get a deal done. I’m telling you guys they worked magic! I left very very happy. I had a wonderful experience Destiene my saleswoman was amazing! Jared the sales manager was amazing and the F&I person was also amazing. I will be back and I would recommend anyone that loves the Kia product to go this one. The others in the area (I won’t name names) were not friendly and actually did things to actively lose my business. Also, the service dept redeemed themselves as well. This time they were very helpful and friendly and actually informational.. I am very happy with the entire teams hard work and compassion for my situation.
