Talal, our sales rep, was great. He was patient as we worked through all of the options, working hard to make sure we get into exactly the right car for us. He stayed late one night and came early the next day. Can't say enough good things about his service.

The process for purchasing a vehicle was made very easy

The process for purchasing a vehicle was made very easy online and at the dealership. I came from out of state to purchase the vehicle and they had me in and out in no time. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. Dealing with them and being updated almost all week prior to purchase let me know they were going to take care of me. I appreciate everyone that helped me at the dealership get into my new vehicle and a huge shout out to Chidozie for helping me through it from start to finish!

The professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and

The professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and knowledge displayed by Townson was exceptional! He went out of his way to support our search for replacement vehicles. With each vehicle chosen, he took the time to get each vehicle delivered to our trusted mechanic for their evaluation. Even though each vehicle had good carfax and passed your multi point inspections program, there were severe problems with the first four vehicles that we test drove. One of them had symptoms of a failing transmission. One of them had been damaged in an accident that was not reported on the carfax or your inspection. The other two had serious fault code errors for safety features that could not be cleared. Towson was unable to share with us any of your multi point inspection reports. In each of these cases, your inspection or the carfax should have shown the problems and they either should have been corrected or the vehicle should not have been offered for sale. All of this was way beyond Townson's knowledge and responsibility. He did his best to bring these matters to the attention of management, to no avail. He helped us thoroughly with the process to purchase the Toyota RAV4 because it passed our mechanic's inspection. We are disappointed that there is only one key fob, there are not floor mats, and there is no front license plate mount provided, as required by the State of Colorado motor vehicle laws, for the purchased vehicle. Tina, in your finance office, was very professional and accommodating in completing the purchase. We appreciate her guidance on working with Colo DMV on securing the title and license. The two employees rated below, Courtney and Morgann, we never had the pleasure of meeting.

Grant was awesome!

Grant was awesome!! After having a horrible week trying to figure out what vehicle to look since I drive for a living, Grant may it insanely easy. He had the perfect color, model and package for me. Easiest experience for a process that should have been more stressful! Definitely going to ask and recommend Grant for all car needs going forward!
