Website claims they give you ride within 15 miles if you

Website claims they give you ride within 15 miles if you are servicing, not true. I'm 8.5. No ride. Service tech was rude, not willing to help. But that's ok, I'm buying new in 2025 and it won't be a FORD. I've owned Fords for 40 plus years. Ray Skillman Ford lost my business 4ever!!!!!

I was very impressed with their promptness in responding

I was very impressed with their promptness in responding to me. Also, their rep's helpfulness in forwarding to me a list of their vehicles in inventory for the Jeep brand in which I was interested. A++!

PREDATORY LENDERS through their in house payment system.

PREDATORY LENDERS through their in house payment system. I thought I was purchasing a used vehicle from them. A 2013 Ford E350 van for my family. They charged me 16500 for the vehicle, even though it's on the internet for 15500. I placed my deposit, got insurance and took and uber out to pick up the vehicle. While signing the paperwork (deep in the paperwork) I get to a page where it says I pay $16500 for the van over 36 months then after the last payment when I'm all done. I have to pay an additional $4100 to buy the vehicle. WHAT?!?!. Yes, their LEASING me the vehicle. A 11 year old vehicle with 124000 ON LEASE. Mind you the first 3 pages I signed said "AS IS NO WARRANTY". Upon learning about it being a lease I asked if I could do 1 year. The answer is Yes, but at $16500 over 12 months instead of 36! They're PREDATORY, and taking advantage of people especially of you don't read you paperwork. They NEVER explained it was a lease. NEVER. I caught it and they didn't like that I questioned them on it and they said they were no longer felt comfortable and pulled the deal. They only pulled the deal because I questioned them, they had my money and insurance already. They were caught red handed and they knew it. Again, who leases an 11 year old vehicle, with 124000 miles, no warranty on the vehicle and an additional $4100 payment at the end AFTER you've paid over market value over the last 36 months? Lol, then they made me uber back home! 40 minutes from the lot. BEWARE they will try to make it seem as if they're doing you a favor. This is why people hate car salesmen. I believe this isn't legal at all, no one I've spoken to has ever heard of this kind of "lease". They will get you if you're not vigilant. Please read your paperwork people

Worst business ever

Was looking at a vehicle set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Drove an hour to get there right after they opened for them to tell me they lost the keys. I spoke with the manager I believe and he flat out told me they didn't want my business.

No Hassle Bargaining

I went to the dealership with a specific car in mind. Salesman was accommodating and worked a deal that for my wallet quickly. I had one issue with the car & they addressed it at no cost to me. Very grateful.

Never Buy A car From this Place

Ok so Ray Skillman did you pay these people to give the reviews. All I can say is I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. Bought a truck and 5 months later start to have problems with vehicle. Come to find out need a new motor. Will cost about 15,000. To replace. I called to see how to see what assistance I can get help with and they say there is nothing they can do. They want me to bring the truck up but they say I will have to pay for the cost in which showed me he didn't listen because I told them it's going to take $15,000 and they said that they can't do anything for me. I know someone else who also got a bad vehicle from. Them as well. I would recommend to ride past this lot. They are crooks

Beware of this dealership

In November we took our car in for new tires the day before having to leave for a conference in St Louis. As soon as they were done, I headed out of the parking lot and noticed my low tire light was on. I went back and they stated there was not enough air, so they aired the tire back up. The next day as I got in the car to head to my conference, I noticed the low tire light was on again. I drove to the service department and explained the situation. They sent me to the waiting room. After sitting there for 1 1/2 hours and now late for my conference, I noticed my car was parked in the parking lot. I went to the service desk to inquire and they informed me that they have been busy and yes the car was finished. I asked them what they did and they stated they just aired up the tire. I tried to explain to them that the problem was more than this, but they assured me it was not and sent me on my way. As I was driving to St. Louis, about 1 1/2 hours or so into my trip, I checked my tire reading and I had lost 17lbs of air. I stopped and aired the tire and was able to make it to my destination. I chose to valet park the car and pay additional fees for fear of what would happen. In the meantime, my wife called and spoke with the service manager Tim. He told us to bring the car in as soon as I returned, apologized and also said to call him with any issue. During my trip, I tried to call him as the tire had went completely flat and I wanted to be sure there would be no mechanical issues with the rim since it had set with a flat tire all week. He never returned my call. I had valet air the tire and made the trip back home with stopping and adding air. When we took the car it, we were told that a valve was not sealed and that the tech did not do a proper job by putting the tire in a dunk tank to check it before sending us away with the car. The service manager told us that he was going to speak with the owners about a fair resolution to our issue and wanted to repair the damaged relationship. Two and a half months went by and we received no phone calls. We tried calling and left messages that were not returned. In mid January, we called and asked for his manager. He did call back, checked into the situation and then offered us a choice of $66.00 as as reimbursement for labor or a free oil change. Mind you, we are not out for a big payout, but just asked that they be fair. With the safety issue, the lack of communication or caring, we did not think that this was fair, so we asked to speak with his manager. It has now been over 2 weeks and two voice mails later and Ashley has not bothered to return our phone call. Apparently customer caring and repairing of relationships is not something that this dealership care about. We are soon to be in the market for another vehicle and we did purchase a 2021 Genesis from them, but I do not recommend being involved with this dealership as apparently if they put you in a situation that compromises your safety and jeopardizes a customer relationship, they do not care enough to resolve the issues.
