Oil Change Service/15k maintenance
As always, Peak Kia provides customer service above and beyond the norm. I was going to wait until the shuttle driver came in to give me a ride home. Instead of waiting for the shuttle driver, Trevor personally drove me home. That in my mind is 5 star service.

Always a pleasure to deal with this team. In and out in less than an hour. No pressure or stress at all whatsoever. Both Mike T and Nick W are rockstars. These are the real no BS car sales team. Always got my back and I’ll definitely go back for the third time when that comes!!

I bought a 2020 SPORTAGE
I wasnt planning on buying a Sportage but the Sportage fit me in size, seats and other driver comforts but despite the warranty I was going to move on to other dealerships. John Karimy sold me the car, we test drove the one with the locking differential it fit in my garage (barely), my dog loves it, and I bought it immediately. The other selling point was the lifetime warranty, I plan on keeping it.

It was ok
GOOD: I was pleased with the salesman John. He was very thorough in explaining my different options and we found a vehicle that worked great for my situation. The management was also thorough and professional offering me a fair deal for my trade in and a fair price on the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a "Certified Preowned" Kia Soul EV. BAD: I was a little disappointed to find that when I got my vehicle home the driver seat heater was no longer working. I also discovered that one of the keyless remotes was out of battery rendering it useless. I also discovered today that the hatchback open button does not work on either remote. Not sure I can quite trust "Certified Preowned" as legitimate with these issues not addressed. MEH (not really issues, just things I noticed): The sales floor is really cramped. Both desks that we sat in were shoved uncomfortably into corners and did not leave a great feel. The customer waiting area was large but the refreshments provided were sub par (I'd been visiting dealers all week and most offered wonderful refreshments that elevated the homey feel). The "cleaning" of my purchased car was a joke. The windows were dirtier then when I test drove it with streaks everywhere inside.

Beware: Added used car sales charge!
I wanted to give some feedback about my contact with Peak Sales department. I found them to be unethical and untrustworthy. I live in California and was considering purchasing a used Kia Optima PHEV. There was a vehicle that fit my specs and I contacted the salesman. He first told me it was the upgraded moon roof model - which I didn't want but comes with all the safety features I like. Turned out not to be true, later. Then, I asked about transport costs from Denver to Sacramento, CA. The estimate came back at $1200! I got another quote = $550. Even later, the salesman told me about a used car fee that was tacked on = $600. I looked this up and confirmed what I thought - this was a scam and another method used by unethical dealerships to increase their profit (the sales person told me this was "standard" at Peak Kia for all their used vehicles). They lost my trust and my business. I leased a Kia from another more reputable/honest dealership. I decided to rate their dealership with this info on cars.com so others will be warned.

Great Buying Experience
I've gone to Peak for service for over a decade and I have previously purchased a used car from them. Recently I purchased a new Soul from Peak. Tony Hill was a pleasure to work with and helped me find and finance the car I wanted. I'll go back to Peak again the next time I'm in the market for another car.

Highly Satisfied Customer
I have had my cars serviced at Peak Kia for over ten years. Four years ago I purchased a used Sorento from them. When that Sorento was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company Peak was my first stop. Tony Hill took care of me at every step and made the process of buying a car at Peak another very positive experience with them. He was fair and upfront from beginning to end of my purchase. If I have the need to buy another car I'll be going back to Tony and Peak.
