My first new car

I was fortunate to purchase a vehicle from Vickie at Peak Kia. My son was offered to sit in a Kia Soul toy car, which kept him occupied. I wanted a new car with the full 10 year/ 100,000 mile warranty. The staff was awesome from the sales department to the finance manager.

Satisfying Experience!

We bought our 2008 Sportage from Peak KIA North and our experience there was a very pleasurable one. Unfortunately, we had a rear differential failure with just 56,000 miles on the car. Although we were able to use the warranty and have the rear end replaced, we were offered a great trade-in price for a 2011 Optima Hybrid. After moving to Denver we decided to trade in our Optima for a 2015 Sportage SX T-GDI. Victor Sena was our no pressure salesperson at Peak KIA Littleton. We had a great experience with all the sales staff and service there is exceptional. Recently my 2001 Chevy Trailblazer suffered some key mechanical issues and I was forced to trade it in. I specifically asked for Victor for my fourth automobile from Peak KIA and I found a very nice used 2011 Hyundai Tuscon from their used car selection. There were some brake pad and rotor issues and a TMS sensor issue with it, as well, which were all fixed at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the sales and service team at Peak KIA Littleton and I intend to keep my business with them.

Finally an honest dealership

My husband and I decided to look for a car and we visited Peak Kia as one of our choices. At first we dealt with Steve Bennett and after visiting with him we decided on the exact car we wanted. Then he got Nick Worell involved in the negotiation process, that was extremely uneventful and wonderful, we quickly came to a mutual price. We shared with them it was between them and one other dealership and we would be back on Monday with our decision. On Monday I went down to pick up the Kia to bring it home to compare it with the Hyundai we were thinking about. Steve was out sick with his son so Andy Carney helped us get the car. After comparing both cars in the privicy of our home, we decided on the Kia Forte. I called and spoke with Nick and told him we would be down and he said all the paperwork would be ready. When we got there, it was ready, we signed the papers with Sean Simmons and then Andy brought us out to the very clean detailed car and explained every feature to us. This is our first new car in 15 years because we have had such bad experiences in the past that we did not want to deal with salesman. Well Peak Kia has totally changed our mind.. Not a buy here pay here!

Peak used cars isn't a buy here pay here car lot. They have quality used vehicles priced right in the beginning. I had tried the buy here pay here lot before coming to Peak. 21% financing in an older, high mileage car and you don't get credit for making the payments. They are professional and know the ins and outs with ppl. like me who have a low beacon score. I'd recommend john grant and the guys at Peak used cars. Happily rebuilding my credit!

Frontier

This is the second car we bought from Bob in the last 6 months, one for my son and one for myself. Bob did a great job in taking his time to show us a number of vehicles that would fit my needs. The dealership always treated us well and that's why we came back.
