I have previously bought 2 vehicles from another Kia dealership. This last visit on 12/30/2011 was not a good experience. I explained to the dealership I did not want to haggle with prices, told them what I could afford and was basically given the run around. I was trading in a 2011 Sorento. The price quoted for the trade in was insulting and they continued to request more money down. The main reason to trade my Sorento in other than the fact that I loved the Optima was to lower an outrageous interest rate. Peak Kia listened to my preferences and we completed a great deal with a lower interest rate. Win/win situation. Thank you for your interest. Dedicated Kia driver!!!!

Our experience was excellent. Our salesman John Grant was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to meet our offer. While they didn't meet our price we were able to come to an acceptable agreement. I would recommend Mr. Grant without hesitation and Peak KIA as well.

This was not a pleasant buying experience. I did not feel like they care or listen to me at all. I did my a car but would have choosen to go else where if my circumstances were different.

Joel was graeat, easy to do business with, no pressure and got answers to all of our questions. After sale he followed up and assisted on another issue. Joel went above our expectation and provide us with information that he could of said was not his responsibility. I will tell my fiends and family to look at Peak Kia for their next car purchase.

We like the Dealer ship and Lalo. There was no pressure to buy any addition addon or serive. It was good dealing with such people.

Lalo greeted me warmly, never pressured me, and made the whole experience of buying a car for my son for Christmas a very pleasant one. He was knowledgeable about the used cars that were in my price range and did not make me feel like a second class citizen because I was interested in a used car rather than a new one. His wife and teammate was able to jump right in to do the follow-up paperwork when Lalo was needed to work with Spanish speaking customers. I did not feel slighted, because it was a flawless transfer from one to the other. There was no confusion. Then Lalo and his wife delivered the car I chose to my home, which made all the difference in the world to me as I needed the car to be a surprise. They even gave me a car bow to make my gift look even more special. At no time did I feel intimidated by the process of buying the car, thanks to Lalo. He was the easiest person to work with. I wish him only the best

no high pressure sales and there was clear price information and the the price was very fair. it was an enjoyable experience and a good experience for my daughter which this car is for.
