Horrible!

Horrible!! The sales rep Bill, the manager Chad, and of course the owner all lied to me!! Took my trade info and said we will call you and never did! Also sold my son a piece of crap car! Worthless dealership!!!! Stay away!!!

Came in for accident repair estimate.

Came in for accident repair estimate. As soon as the man who caused the problem walked in I knew it was a lost cause. The owner of company and this man were good friends. So.... you know how that went. Stay away from this shoddy dealership! You cannot trust them

Had a 10am appointment here, showed up and watched the

Had a 10am appointment here, showed up and watched the car I was scheduled for drive off on a test drive. Was told by sales manager by appointment was basically useless after driving 2 hours. Avoid this third rate dealership!!!!

Superb dealership

I have bought several vehicles from them over the years and have had them serviced there as well. Their service department is excellent. I have had vehicles repaired in their body shop and it is outstanding! You would never know the cars had ever been damaged; they looked as good as new! This is a great place.

Excellent Customer Service

Chad and Scott were extremely customer friendly and professional. I got a great deal for my car, and a discount on my extended warranty. Before I left Scott said if there's any problems or anything else l need, to please feel free to call him, and he would take care of it. These guys are wonderful.

Buyer Beware!

I recently purchased a "GM CERTIFIED" used truck from them. The original experience at the dealership was pleasant. The problems came later. When i was signing the papers for the truck the finance guy handed me a paper which was the 172 point inspection paper that was supposed to be filled out by a service technician while servicing the truck. The paper looked like someone filled it out at their desk. He told me to sign it. I said to him I don't know if this has been done and he responded this is where you just have to "trust us." I should have walked out with that. The truck has a scratched windshield and needs to be replaced. I didn't notice it until i took it to have the windows tinted. Now its all i can see out the windshield. It appears that someone tried to scrape ice off of the windshield with a piece of steel or something sharp. Only fix for this is going to be to replace the windshield for $400. I have already spent $30 to have the windshield tint strip installed on it. Once i get a new windshield it will be another $30. I then realized the truck had wheel locks on it. Searched the truck and guess what: No wheel lock key. Shocker Right?. Best part is that i called the dealer and they assured me it was in the truck. I loved dealing with them so much that i made up the fact that i can't find the wheel lock key. Another trip to my local dealer. $50 to remove wheel locks and another $40 to replace the lug nuts. As i was digging threw the truck i noticed that the bed was pretty scratched up under the bed liner. I thought wow thats' odd.. I looked under the truck to see how beat up it was. I found a 6'' diameter hole in the middle of the bed where someone had a gooseneck hitch in it. Awesome! Just feel like i have been deceived a bit by this dealer. Not to mention that the owner Scott Studabaker (the owner) was a complete jerk to me on the phone to the point i wanted to just return the truck. P.S. don't take your little children into the mens restroom there especially if they can read. They have a very offensive sign in there over the toilet that talks about the size of the male appendage and not being able to properly urinate into "his" toilet. I was glad i didn't have my son with me there that day. Very unbecoming of a professional, customer oriented environment.

Extremely Helpful and Friendly

Chad was extremely professional, honest and friendly. The car was exactly as described. What more does one need? This is a medium sized dealer, with NO Hidden Fee's! Excellent!
