Due to the supply chain problems it took Ford two years to build the van--Brady Crouse kept me apprised of progress and made sure that I received the Ford Private Offer and price protection. If you are looking for a friendly, courteous place to buy a car it is Crouse Ford. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease it what could be a stressful environment. My salesperson was Jim Lash and he was extremely helpful during the test drive and then finding the model I wanted. Debbie Strine led me through the closing process in a relaxed manner and the owner, Dave Crouse, greeted me and thanked me for my new purchase. I just purchased my fifth car from Crouse Ford. Over the years I have found Crouse to be honest and dependable. I can remember few times that a problem was not fixed the first time. If it wasn't, they made it right. I appreciated the assistance that David Crouse provided in helping me choose the right car. I also thank Tyler Crouse for giving me an orientation about the Edge.

I purchased a 78K Expedition from them, sold them a truck worth 70K for 53K(yes my decision and not disgruntled about this transaction point being that I've given them good business) then purchased a 100K mile warranty and 100K maintenance plan from them all in a years time. I consider this alot business and certainly consider myself a repeat customer. Just the other day stopped in to inquire about a new work truck, along with a trade-in(another F-250). I was in an active negotiations when the salesman(Andy) when he text me that during his lunch break the truck was sold and that he was sorry. Not to fail to mentioned my attempts to reach out to him(Andy)the day prior where unanswered. He tells me that he wasn't the one who sold it as if it where out of his hands. Well Tom Crouse who oversees all sales sure as heck know about our negotiations and decided to say the heck with customer loyalty as well as an active buyer in negotiations and sold the truck right from under me. Screw my time and my loyalty is Tom Crouse's position. What a horrible thing to do. I am beyond pissed and wish I never dealt with any of this people at Crouse Ford. If your looking to buy from them BEWARE! THEY DONT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, OR MORALITY.

Crouse Ford was a pleasure to do business with. I dealt with Lewis who was very professional and didn't try to hassle me like an ordinary salesperson would. Placed an order knowing what I'd be paying when the vehicle would arrive w/ pretty much a signed deal which was honored on delivery. I stress that because no other dealer in MD would give you a number saying it could be different at time of delivery. Even with the chip shortage and car shortages causing prices to be inflated, I still paid a good price (under MSRP). Debbie which did finance was also a pleasure. She thoroughly explained everything and you weren't rushed through the process. There was absolutely no pressure or someone trying to sell you extras. If I'm ever in the market for another car or truck I will definitely be coming back to see what Crouse Ford has and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you!
