Ricardo Rutledge was a great sales consultant!

Ricardo Rutledge was a great sales consultant! He cared about my daughter’s safety with her becoming a new mom and selected the best vehicle with the options that fit her! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company. We currently have 2 loans through GMC. Never had any issues. They replace the FOB batteries for free anytime they get low on battery.

Excellent new car purchase experience.

I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. Tom worked to get my sister the best deal possible on the car and had it prepped and ready to go in a short time for a Saturday. The whole experience in buying a car is usually stressful one but I would have to say that can be totally avoided with purchasing a car at Tom Ross Buick . Tom Spears and everyone at Tom Ross Buick who helped make this purchase happen go above and beyond. Thanks again for the way you all conduct business.

Just returned from purchasing a 2013 Buick Verano....

Just returned from purchasing a 2013 Buick Verano. Initiated a call to check on its availability Monday. Was greeted by a genuinely warm, friendly, sales rep named Bill Sweatt. With 20 years experience he listened to my goals, concerns, & with zero pressure I was able to decide if it was the used vehicle to meet our needs. A few calls later & by Wednesday afternoon the auto is parked in the driveway. I feel relieved. I found a bargain with wonderful low mileage. This is my second Buick. First one was purchased new at another dealership. We will return to this dealership in the near future precisely because of the attentive, direct, no-hassle-yet-genuinely friendly professionalism of Bill Sweatt. He is attentive to his customer's actual needs with zero pressure regarding wants. This pragmatic car purchase was a win-win. The drive home was yet again that smooth ease of a Buick. A personal thanks again to Bill. It was a pleasure working with you.

I was treated pretty poorly soon upon arriving. I was told the truck in add on line was sold. They told me they do not have any other vehicles in that price range . Only new stuff. Then was rudely shown the door. !!!!

Very very poor service and I wouldn't recommend no one...

Very very poor service and I wouldn't recommend no one to buy any truck from them. Management for used trucks is horrible. No integrity!

Dealer needs training with customers no integrity at all management makes you feel like you owe them something when I’m spending my money with you, too many dealers out here to be treated bad

We purchased a very well taken care of Ford Explorer Sport and could not be happier. I havs a medical condition with a note from my doctor to...

I havs a medical condition with a note from my doctor to not wear a mask. I have 1 lung. When I go inside with the salesman he says that is fine. When I get inside another person says we need to put a mask on. He doesn't honor my doctor's note. Now mind you,he is with a customer and he doesn't have a mask on either. I pointed that out but he didn't care. We left and will never go back. They lost a sale. We bought a vehicle from another dealership that did honor my doctor's note.
