This place has unfortunately became a huge

This place has unfortunately became a huge disappointment. Not personable, noncaring demeanor, charges not justifiable, never get return call n a timely manner, managers are rude as well

I honestly wish I would have bought my car at Ed Bozarth?

I honestly wish I would have bought my car at Ed Bozarth?s. I just got a popped tire and the service team was great but then I had to try to get ahold of the finance team and Chevy north broadway to see if it?s covered. I called five times and no answer! All the sales guys and gals were attentive when I was just walking around! So nice there:..

If I could give this dealership a -5 rating I would,

If I could give this dealership a -5 rating I would, mater of fact I give it a -25 rating. The sales team do not stick to their words, they do not answer their phones. I leased a 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. We noticed some scratches and they said they would get them fixed 3 different times. 3 different times? Well the first time was when I got the car, xxxx they didn't even detail the thing, it was filthy and could hardly see out of the windshield. Second time was when I had to take the car back because the batteries was over heating and they promised to take care of the scratches then and they did not. The 3rd time was when the battery over heated again and they promised to take care of it again but they changed autobody companies. I would nor recommend this dealership to anyone.

They got us to come in to lease a 24 ev truck for $5000

They got us to come in to lease a 24 ev truck for $5000 down and $500 a month for 3 years. When we got there it was $6500 down and $900 a month. You can't believe a word they say.

Ahmed was phenomenal through our whole experience.

Ahmed was phenomenal through our whole experience. He made everything extremely easy and no pressure! We were here to look around and enjoyed it so much we purchased!

I really wish I had read these reviews on the car service

I really wish I had read these reviews on the car service here before bringing my car there. I brought it in for an appointment on Saturday morning, they said it would be finished by end of day. I asked for a price before they start and no one called me the entire business day, when I call they tell me there's no updates on my car. No one answers the phone in thr service area, Its now Monday and she told me theres still no updates on my car, transfers my call to service department and im left on hold forever with no answer. I called back and now they wont answer my calls. Now im scared they will have my car for days and not call me. Im also concered other damage might be done based on what Im reading in these reviews that sound similar to my situation. This is so unprofessional, I will never go back there ever again.

Thanks for the excellent service. My husband and I moved from a distance away, and Celebration Chevrolet is very close from our house. I wanted to take a moment to write a THANK YOU for all the times your company has demonstrated its willingness to do things the right way, and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. This, frankly, is a high level of service that I have seen you perform time after time. However, Manager Jeff and his assistant went an extra mile further this time with my husband’s car. Car was ready less than 24 hours after our meeting. Thank you as well to everyone we work with at your facility. It is a pleasure to do business when you feel the people you are conducting business are looking out for excellent customer service and your best interest. Two thumbs way up
