Very smooth transaction.
Very smooth transaction. Aileen was very helpful and negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. Will definitely buy from Poage Chrysler again.

**AVOID POAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP AT ALL COSTS!
**AVOID POAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP AT ALL COSTS! !!** My experience with Poage Chrysler Dodge Jeep was beyond horrendous. I have purchased dozens of vehicles and worked with more than 10 different car dealerships across the country and never have I had a worse experience than at Poage Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Making matters worse, I was working directly with the General Manager, Brad Mintle. Well, at least he said he’s the GM. At first, he told me he was the sales manager. Then after I emailed Jason Poage, the owner, a simple question, Brad replied to me (Jason couldn’t be bothered to) and said that he’s in charge and even changed his email signature to include “Brad Mintle, General Manager.” Brad and I very quickly came to terms on a vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for 9 months. I expressed my implicit intent to buy the vehicle. It should have been a very quick and easy sale. The first problem was they refused to accept notarized docs via FedEx and required me to get on a plane and come there in person to sign. I relented and agreed to fly there. Simultaneously, I arranged an auto transporter as the drive home was further than I wanted to do. I also submitted the credit app. After all of that was done, Brad told me Stellantis needed new proof of residence because I had just moved two weeks prior. He sent me a form on Stellantis letterhead showing the different acceptable methods of verification. I provided *to the letter* exactly what was required. He turned around and said “You don’t meet the requirements.” I asked how again and again over several days and he kept repeating like a robot “You don’t meet the requirements” and said oh by the way, we just sold and delivered that vehicle to someone else this morning, sorry it’s gone, better luck next time. Yeah right, so the vehicle that was rotting on their lot for 9 months sells within a week of my striking a deal with him on it? Very sketchy! I have no doubt Brad will reply to this review and tell you something to the effect of “he didn’t meet the requirements,” which is the biggest load of cow dung someone could possibly say. My credit is impeccable, I have an 825 FICO, more than sufficient income, and have never had any problem being approved for anything, and I promptly supplied all of the requested documentation. And mind you, this was for a $35K car, and I already own six-figure vehicles. It’s clear to me that Brad and Poage Chrysler either simply wanted to back out of the deal they agreed on with me because they felt they could get more for it, or maybe someone else really did show up to buy the car and they didn’t want to wait for me. Which is completely unethical given we agreed on a price, I submitted my credit app (taking the hard inquiry), made my travel plans, made auto transporter arrangements, and I even offered -- a few days before he allegedly sold the vehicle to someone else -- to give Brad a credit card for the full amount so that we wouldn’t run into this situation. Or Poage Chrysler might reply to this review and say that I’m lying or this or that, but none of it will be true. We made a deal on a vehicle, I absolutely met and satisfied all of the requirements, but for some reason they decided to renege on the deal under the guise of my not meeting the requirements. I told Brad Mintle that I’ll be writing a review and he replied “I look forward to it! I will rebuke any detrimental remarks made of myself or Poage.” Brad Mintle and Poage Chrysler Dodge Jeep DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They will lie and waste your time and in the end just do whatever is best for them, not what they agreed to do. It would be one thing if this review was about an experience I had with a low-level sales consultant at the dealership (in which case, maybe it's just one bad egg), but that’s not the case. I was dealing with the GM and the owner and they together pulled this crap. This dealership is rotten from the top down!

My experience purchasing a new truck for my business was seamless and pleasant. All of the people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The sales people, the manager and the finance man included. They stayed late to match my schedule and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Best car buying experience yet!
Best car buying experience yet! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose. Our saleslady Aileen Grote was very low pressure.... We are not fond of pushy salesmen! They had a nice selection of vehicles that we were looking for. We are very Happy with our Chrysler Pacifica. Overall, a very stress free, smooth buying experience. We will look here first for our next car shopping trip.
