Mark C. Always goes above and beyond to get the best deal for me. My family and I have bought several vehicles at Matt Blatt, and Mark is the reason we continue to do so.

When I purchased a used car at Matt Blatt Mitsubishi in Sept 2023, the sales rep was excellent, and willing to work with my budget. However, there were issues that needed to be fixed with the car, one of which was identified at the time of purchase. The dealer said they would cover the cost. There also ended up being issues that failed inspection. The dealer again said they'd cover the cost, and to send the invoice to the service department. Since then I haven't heard back from anyone, after reaching out by phone, voicemail, and text. The 60 day warranty that they give you at the time of purchase is nothing but a piece of paper. Be careful if purchasing a used car from this dealer.

I wanted to get an OTD quote on a used vehicle. I communicated with the dealership via text. They asked for my complete address to calculate the taxes. Since I reside outside the state the dealer is located, I stated they only needed the state I live in to do the calculation. The sales tax is the same rate for my entire state. The representative from the dealer then stated I could fill out my information on the link they texted me. So you won't get live human service if you do not provide your full address. This must be a very prosperous dealership to treat potential customers in this manner. I wish I would have read the reviews on this dealership prior to contacting them. I'll go where the business is appreciated and the customer is treated with respect.

Brian Delzangle was great to work with. He is very courteous and genuine. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated the straightforward sales. No hassle at all. I recommend Matt Blatt Mitsubishi and Brian Delzangle 100% Brought my vehicle back to have an after market sunroof put in and it was the best experience. My car was ready when expected and the customer service is second to none.

I bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and my daughter bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu back in 2019. Our salesman was Marcus Lee. He was the best salesman I have ever had. He was very considerate and patient and really listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to pressure us into getting something we didn’t want. My daughter and I still love the cars we chose and we both agree Marcus is a cut above the rest!!!
