Dropped my car off on Monday morning to get the thermostat replaced. I had brought it to the dealership a week earlier to see what code was firing. They... are the ones that informed me what code was firing and what needed replaced but they didn't order the part till Monday afternoon. I was told Monday when I dropped it off it would be done that day. I was then told by the service manager that they were trying to be done by the end of business on Tuesday. Now it's Wed afternoon and still getting the same lip service. "We're working on it, trying to be done by the end of the day" This car has less than $6000.00 miles on it. It is covered by warranty. So, I'm assuming as how I'm not a paying customer this is how I deserve to be treated. Wait, I am a paying customer. I had them do an oil change. As soon as I get the car back I'm heading to a dealer in Columbus to have there work checked. I'm going to reach out to FCA to complain as well. Hopefully, if enough people do they will be out of business soon..
After putting a deposit to hold a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, CPO. And asking for pictures of any defects, so we would not be surprised when we arrive.... We arrived at the dealership after a 7hr drive to find the vehicle to be filthy inside and out, and having several paint / interior issues including mud flaps that were wore through the paint and scratches throughout the bottom of the body package. We did NOT purchase the vehicle! Drove a 14hr round trip. Salesman was deceitful, and sails manager unapologetic!
I recently took my truck in for a major repair and recalls that needed done. Was concerned if warranty would cover what needed done. There service department... assured me that it would be taken care and no charges would be applied without talking to me first. When I arrived that day to get my car looked at and to make an appointment I was going through a very ruff time in my life. I was worried about my finances and not to mention I had never had to make an appointment for a vehicle to be repaired on my own in past times. I was concerned about being stranded without a vehicle and despretly needed one so that I could continue to work and support my family. That day I arrived a lady by the name of Karen was more then helpful. She worked to get all my answers and concerns addressed immediately. She set me an appointment that would work with my timing and promised to have a car available and if unable to do that at the time of drop off would call and recet an appointment. When I left that day she walked me to my car and spoke kind words of encouragement that I so despretly needed that day. On the day before I was to drop of the truck off she still called to reassure me there would be a vehicle waiting for me. Let me know she would not be working that day but I would be well taken care of. She was right. I arrived the next day and everything was laid out and ready for me. The service department did there work in the earliest time frame they gave me and was sure to call me and let me know how the work was coming along. When I picked the truck up. Karen remembered me and my name. The first thing she wanted to know was how I was doing and once again only had kind words to give me. God sent me an angle to get me through my day and she was exactly that. Oh did I mention the truck runs better then ever. Thank you for such great service and not making this just another job but treating me like I was your family.
worst experience ever, they deliberately sold me the wrong truck, had to hire a lawyer and was able to have to buy it back.. they still trying to delay... my over a spare key so you get the idea how low life these people are
great place to shop and buy or trade in ..... great staff and quick transaction. excellent financing options. would recommend to anyone. traded in a 2002... for a certified used 2011 jeep liberty sport. very happy
