I have never had an issue like this happen at a dealership. On 10/29 I met with John Morgan, the General Manager, to arrange trading in my car or just outright sell it. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought up for me to look at and the first thing I saw was it had the check engine light on! I decided to just go with selling my vehicle. He gave me an offer and when we agreed on it, I told him I would be back in 2 days allowing me to take out the security products I put in. On 10/31 I met with John and paid the difference in payoff. He had me sign a few documents including the odometer and POA, gave me back my plates and I gave him both keys. About 4 hours later I get a call from Juan, who tells me John no longer worked for the dealership, that I had not completed all the needed paperwork, and that they are no longer interested in the car. He wanted me to come pick it up and they would refund me the money I paid for the payoff. I asked for a call back from someone who made this choice and was told I would hear back in twenty minutes. An hour and a half later I got a call from Juan that the person in corporate was busy and would call me the next morning. The next day when nobody called, I called and spoke to another "gm" who said he would take care of this personally. The next day, now Saturday, I called again only to speak to ANOTHER GM, this time his name was Henry. He said there was nothing that could be done until Monday because of the weekend. On Monday afternoon I call Henry only to be told that he was busy, aware of the situation, but that he still hasn't been in contact with corporate at all. Monday night at about 630pm Henry calls to let me know he will be refunding me the money and have the car shipped back to me. By this point I had another dealership lined up, so I was done with Pointe. STAND BY YOUR WORD! If an employee makes a deal, stick to it! As of today, 11/25/24 John Morgan is still listed as the GM! All buyers beware!

SHADY- I was driving 6 hours to buy a Tesla with trade.
SHADY- I was driving 6 hours to buy a Tesla with trade. Told them I wanted to have numbers set for the most part so I could drive down and drive away with the new one. Spoke to Jenneha at first, which then kicked it over to Mandy and finished with Tyler. I provided the info on my trade and was told I would get payoff $9300 and then $2700 used towards down payment. I placed a deposit over the phone and set a time to come down to pick up the car. I noticed that the Carfax showed an accident, but on Cargurus, which uses Autocheck, it showed “structural damage.” When I questioned them, they said that they hadn’t heard of Autocheck. When I arrived at the dealership 2 days later after driving 6 hours the car had not been cleaned or detailed, the battery was not charged, and none of the paperwork was done. I sat there for 2 hours until the paperwork was ready. At that point they had me signing papers for my trade and purchase agreement. Once I got to the page with numbers, they had my trade listed at $7000. This was never brought up, never talked about, and luckily I was paying attention to what I was signing! I asked Tyler and he said “oh it looks like that’s what you are getting for your trade” and I said “no, it was supposed to be payoff, and 2700 of equity as down payment.” He brought the general manager over who said "I told Mandy it could be up to 12, but its not worth that. It was in an accident and now I can’t sell it as certified” I said “that was not communicated through Mandy, is she here? and why didn’t you run the Carfax before I drove 6 hours down here” and he said “well I can’t run the VIN if I don’t have the car here and Mandy just works from home as my BBC sales over the phone” which is garbage, anyone can run a carfax. They never went into my car, put it on a lift, drove it, or anything for the “appraisal.” The manager says “your car is only going for $10k retail.” I responded with “why wasn’t that said to me 2 days ago before I committed to driving 6 hours down here!” I believe they figured I drove all that way to buy a car that I would give in to the bait and switch. Well, I drove 6 hours home in my old car. Definitely would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

One of the best delearship experiences I’ve had.
One of the best delearship experiences I’ve had. After finding the vehicle on the internet, I messaged the dealership who put me in contact with salesperson Joe, who was great, not pushy at all. I made an offer over text messages, they accepted it . They sent me a buyers order, everything was correct. I told Joe I would fly in on the following Monday to finish the deal. I texted a screenshot of my flight information on the Friday before. They had Mr Richard who was also a very nice gentlemen pick me and my family up at the airport. We made it to the dealership and was greeted by Joe. The truck was in detail, we waited about 15 minutes and we looked it over, it was as nice as Joe had described by the way, signed the paperwork, met the General Manager and went on our merry way back to Kentucky.

Pointe Buick service on 2/26 - 2/27/24
I have no faith that the service department at Point Buick could properly diagnose an issue. The Service Reps were condescending and at times cross that I questioned their analysis. The car was test driven several times and while driving home the low fuel light came on. Brought in vehicle 2019 Buick Envision with the following issues: No cabin heat when set at below 74. Heat blasts when set above 75. Observed engine coolant fluctuating between 180 and 200. Not normal, usually between 191 and 194. Auto stop not working. Also wanted oil change and tires rotated. Afternoon of 2/26 called service department. Oil change and tires rotated. I asked about the other issues. Service rep (Yadiel) said car operating normal. I called xx on that and asked to check again. Tech drove car and again said nothing wrong, but stated auto stop and heat not working and to put cabin air on recirc to warm it up. Discussed with Rep (Yadiel) about battery condition (original) and how that could affect car performance. I asked to have it tested in August when last in service and it was ok. Rep said that a bad battery would cause issues with the auto stop function. I asked him to have it tested and replace if necessary. Found battery health at 57%. I asked to have it replaced. After replacement Auto stop function worked. About a day later the engine coolant temperature stopped fluctuating and 2 days later the cabin heat was functioning normal.

No nonsense easy to do business with.
Best dealership I have ever done business with. Fantastic straightforward experience. Greg was a great salesman, Jeff was a great manager, and Kristian the finance manager saved me money. Great inventory of new and used cars. I was surprised how many non GM used cars they had which all looked very clean.

The whole process was very easy.
The whole process was very easy. Did all of my research online for the vehicle that I wanted, financed it through my bank and had the dealership deliver straight to my house.
