Overpriced quick useless inspection
Car wouldn't start so I took it in for an inspection and paid $160 something bucks. Only for them to tell me it's possibly my key fob and that it was in the intermitten stages of a possible shortage. I have two key fobs to my car so I dont know which one the diagnostic got that reading from. It was a complete waste of money. They dont do visual inspection, wiggle wires etc. Just a simple machine plug up and that's it. It was a waste of money. I feel for that price, the inspection should be more thorough. The staff is friendly but I feel more could have been done.

Exceptional service
Got an approval in a decent time, service was exceptional Robert Whitaker went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible and doing a trade in was no hassle at all. Will highly recommend to anyone purchasing a car and will definitely come back my future car

Not happy
I feel like I was taking advantage of I was charged more than what we agreed on and they didn't fix my problem because my transmission is still slipping.
