Good service

I have bought several cars over the years with Cooper Motors. Have always been satisfied with the buying and service received after the purchase. I especially want to mention Jason in the body shop. Recently I had a mishap with my car. Met with Jason who said he would fix that right away and he did! I was back driving my car in 30 minutes. Everyone at Cooper’s have always been friendly and helpful.

Good vehicle found

Was looking for a reliable 4 wheel drive SUV for work and Jim helped me with purchasing one. Got a nice Ford Explorer that will suit my needs.

No pressure purchase

I bought a used van from Coopers Motors. Staff was friendy and helpful (worked with Doug Cooper). I never felt pressured to purchase the car or additional products. Van is great. Price was fair, trade in was valued fairly, and I was very happy with the rate they got for the loan. It was a great dealership to work with.

Excellent experience

I was extremely pleased with my buying experience at Cooper Lincoln. Ken is a genuinely decent guy and this is not your typical dealership. Small, yes, but the service was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Cooper to friends for their purchase.

Best dealership hands down!

Well, where do I start. I was in the market for 2018 Lincoln Navigator L reserve. I needed it custom ordered from factory. I first called a dealer Bob Davidson Lincoln around me and my god that was a mistake!!! They wanted me to pay 5% over Msrp!! They treated me poorly and were so rude. I decided to not give them business and I found Cooper Motors which is a little far from me. I called and right away got to speak to Ken! This is where the story became amazing! Ken is the absolute MAN! He right off the bat gave me AMAZING price in the new Navigator, listened to my needs and what I wanted, and answered all of my questions! I ordered my Navigator and now just waiting to take deliver in 8 weeks or so. Ken and I still text and if I have any questions no matter the time or day, he responds to my questions almost immediately. This is an experience like I have never had and I have owned over 30 vehicles in my life and no I’m not 90 I’m 36 I love cars :). Anyway, Ken is absolutely spectacular and makes this dealership look good. This is blue collar Town with honest people and it’s rare to find these days. Thank God for People like Ken and God Bless our President Donald Trump, it’s because of this economy and my stocks booming I can get the 90,000 beauty from Cooper Motors! Can’t wait to pick up my 2018 Lincoln Navigator L Reseve! Thanks Ken!!

Best car purchase I've ever had!!

I recently purchased a 15 MXZ. I had the privilege to work with Ken and His team and it was by far the best car purchasing experience. They were all very hospitable and kind. Neither my wife or I felt pushed into the purchase, but rather we felt valued as there customers. Not only did they have great prices but their used vehicles were in excellent condition. I hope to be a lifetime customer and highly recommend their sales team! Thank again guys!

Always room for improvement, which they do need

I was hoping we could do business via internet and phone if necessary but to my surprise, I had to do the legwork!! This isn't good business practice, nowadays with day to day changing technology. I inquired about a used vehicle, had to make the outreach with Cars.com. I only got ONE email that stated by their used sales team, they were going to still call me on my cell phone too! NEVER HAPPENED! But I understand about making me efforts in which I did but still got a last rude response about how picky they were being about the price and the car is STILL for sale!! If you don't want any type of business, then don't waste my time ....I GET THE PICTURE and get off Cars.com if you're going to treat us like this, GET IT TOGETHER!!

What happened!

I called to inquire about a 2008 Lincoln MKZ and was told the car didn't come in yet and they would call me when it did. They said that it would be in,in a couple days...It's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard anything... I'll take my business to another dealer.

Thanks for the feedback Yasha. As we had shared when you called, each vehicle due for trade in posts to our web inventory, even prior to actually being traded. The deal that was to bring the 2008 MKZ you wanted in on trade fell through and we never actually received it. If we failed to share that the vehicle never came in on trade so we could sell it, our sincere apologies.

Great customer service.

In June of this year, I purchased a used 2008 Mazda Miata from Cooper motors. I talked with Doug several times via e-mail and phone, and drove from upstate NY to purchase the car, sight unseen. (except for the dealer photo's) I could not have been happier with the car. It looked and drove great. Just put it away for it's long winter nap, and can't wait for spring so I can take off that cover and fire it up again.
