I took my 2021 CX-5 to this dealership's service department because my reputable mechanic found oil leaking from the bell housing area of the engine. I am still under the 5 year, 60,000 mile Mazda power train warranty. I provided the service department with documented proof from my mechanic that my vehicle has an active oil leak in the bellhousing, which IS COVERED under the Mazda warranty. The service department claimed they did an inspection and found that the leak (so they admitted there is a leak) is not SEVERE enough to do the repair. What do they want, the car to leak a river of oil before they honor the warranty? Can you imagine! I have a fairly new car under warranty that has an oil leak due to no fault of mine and this service department refuses to honor Mazda's warranty! OUTRAGIOUS!!! I have owned 4 Mazda’s in the past 30 years (4 vehicles) which shows my loyalty to Mazda and this is how this dealership treats it's customers! A very loyal Mazda customer at that. How SHAMEFUL! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am escalading my complaint to Mazda HQ until I get them to honor the warranty Mazda provides its customers when you purchase one of their new vehicles. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership as they are untrustworthy and do not honor Mazda's warranty! This experience has soured me on Mazda's and if they treat one of their loyal customers this way I would never purchase another Mazda. Shame of this dealership!

Great car, deal and service ! Not pushy
Gotta Miata ! Larry was an excellent , personable and accommodating sales person and was not pushy at all. Sheila in financing was outstandingly knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and efficient. I definitely recomend this dealership.

Excellent help
Have always had good luck dealing with Champion Mazda. When we decided to trade for a new car, we called and Tom took care of us immediately. He referred us to our salesman, Larry and he was excellent going over all aspects of our new Mazda CX5. He was exceedingly thorough covering all of the technical areas of the car and showing all options.

Zoom Zoom Lives here - Champion Mazda
A few years ago, I needed a reliable dealer to repair a Protege5 and ended up going to Champion. These guys impressed me with their straight forward manner and no pressure to do more than was required as many other dealer Service departments are fond of doing. When I was ready to replace the Protege5, I turned to Champion to get the 2014 Mazda3. I had a great buying experience in a low-key small town atmosphere and that fine Service department was there for 70K miles worth of oil changes. After three years of driving the Mazda3, I've passed it along to my daughter and now I've made a 25 year old wish of driving a Miata ((MX-5) happen. Of course, Champion Mazda was my go to dealer and helped me get more "sports" in this car than I thought I could afford. Yeah, Zoom Zoom definitely lives in Hanover at Champion Mazda.

Wow! What an experience!
From start to finish, this was an excellent experience! Customer service at its finest! No pressure, no hassle, kind, knowledgeable staff from start to finish. From our sales guy Steve, to his coworker Dan -- finance guru Sheila and owner Tom -- they didn't view us as just $$$, they truly worked to get us a great deal, and in a super fast time frame. We found a "ding" on the drivers side -- since it was a leftover 2016 -- brand new vehicle w/ less than 2000 miles on it, we asked if that could be repaired before delivery -- they didn't blink an eye, and was no cost to us. Sheila even came in on her day off to final our sale. We had visited a competitor looking at a similar Maxda CX3 -- and were unimpressed. Other reviews online led us here. We will definitely recommend Champion to friends and family. Thanks again! We love our Car! Erica and Matt

Wonderful people and all so very helpful and informative. Not pushy at all just nice and answered my questions. Larry our salesman was great. Seems to be just a nice guy doing a job he loves. Excellent customer service
I can not begin to comment on how great Brittany at Champion Mazda made this new car experience the best ever. We all know that buying a car is typically high pressure sales with a rep with no knowledge. Brittany was quite the opposite. She was organized and helped me though the entire process. I visited other dealers who even stocked my exact SUV and honestly I walked out on them because of the initial dishonest low trade values given. Brittany was fair and upfront with a great trade value. She found my 2016 Mazda CX-9 with a specific color and exact options I wanted in less than one day! If your looking for a dealer who is personable and looking out for consumer go to champion Mazda. I have worked in outside sales for over 15 years so I realize when I'm getting great customer service. I was even impressed when I walked out to get in my new CX-9 to meet the owner of Champion Mazda. He shook my hand and you could tell he was sincere and loved his job. Great people! Thanks again Brittany!
