No pressure experience. There was the expected bargaining back and forth but no shenanigans. My salesman Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. Had to wait a little bit to get into the finance office and complete the deal. But again, warranty options offered, but not pressured. There were no surprise fees or add ons. My wait was likely due to them being busy. I would return here. Can't say that about very many dealerships!

I've been a customer at this dealership for about 10 years, and I must say that it's service department has went way down. I am extremely unsatisfied with the recent service that I received. I will not be returning. Where is Mario, George, Shawn, and Jacob when you need them! Just horrible service! The old crew, especially Jacob in the service department, actually cared about doing the job correctly, the first time! They knew what it took to build that relationship with customers to keep them coming back!

ABSOLUTE WORST!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED AS WELL AS THE RELIABILITY OF THE VEHICLE, THEN WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO USE MY EXTENDED WARRANTY AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE LESS THAN 10 DAYS! AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR WELL OVER A MONTH IT HAS THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS NEVER FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOW I HAVE NO VEHICLE TO DRIVE.
