Predatory Service Department.

Predatory Service Department. Get your free oil changes and go somewhere else! Upsale with little to no cost explanation. Typical car dealership stuff. Make you feel like you’re being taken care of and then sign your paycheck away.

Cameron Beam was our salesman.

Cameron Beam was our salesman. He sent me extra pictures when I requested them, has been very helpful the whole time and has checked up on us to make sure we are satisfied with our vehicle. I was very happy with the dealership, the salesman, and the whole experience.

Autumn Woodward in used cars sales was great to work

Autumn did a wonderful job helping me to find and

Autumn did a wonderful job helping me to find and purchase the car I was looking for. She listened to what I was wanting and was honest about everything. She was willing to come in on her day off and was open to talk and answer questions. I would highly recommend her.

This was a great dealership purchase experience start to finish. But what stood out most of all was the sincere and responsive approach of our sales consultant, Autumn Woodward. We were served so professionally and efficiently which is obviously so important with a major purchase, but my spouse and I also genuinely enjoyed the interaction along the way. Thank you Autumn for treating us so well! We love our new Titan and the purchase experience we had with you at Jeff Schmitt Nissan.

Best service ever!

Best service ever! Autumn helped me do my application on line and Robert was able to get me approved for a car loan in 3hrs. and they sent a driver the next day to pick me up since i didn't have transportation to get to the dealership. This is the best experience i've ever had with a car dealership. I appreciate you both and thanks for everything.

I have been a loyal customer of Jeff Schmitt Nissan since 2010! This is the 5th vehicle that I have leased from them! The sales staff have also been awesome and the service staff beyond helpful! This was the first time that I worked with Autumn and she was great! I have worked with Rob several times and he always comes through for a great deal! Awesome feeling by the time I left!
