They made the process easy. We traveled almost 2 hours just to deal with them. Lawrence Harris was very professional and patient with us and made the deal happen. We’re loving our new Nissan Rouge Rockcreek.

No pressure experience. There was the expected bargaining back and forth but no shenanigans. My salesman Jeremy was very helpful and pleasant. Had to wait a little bit to get into the finance office and complete the deal. But again, warranty options offered, but not pressured. There were no surprise fees or add ons. My wait was likely due to them being busy. I would return here. Can't say that about very many dealerships!

Started with Thomas and ended with Robert. Both were patient and helpful in picking witch car to buy. Overall experience was easy.

Jeremy demonstrated a lot of patience as we decided on which vehicle to buy. After many test drives and decisions on the needs we wanted, to include changing our minds at times, we’re able to select a new vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Jeremey.

Had a great experience with Josh. Answered all our questions about the truck and we made the deal in time to get home before dark (2 hour drive).

I've been a customer at this dealership for about 10 years, and I must say that it's service department has went way down. I am extremely unsatisfied with the recent service that I received. I will not be returning. Where is Mario, George, Shawn, and Jacob when you need them! Just horrible service! The old crew, especially Jacob in the service department, actually cared about doing the job correctly, the first time! They knew what it took to build that relationship with customers to keep them coming back!

ABSOLUTE WORST!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED AS WELL AS THE RELIABILITY OF THE VEHICLE, THEN WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO USE MY EXTENDED WARRANTY AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE LESS THAN 10 DAYS! AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR WELL OVER A MONTH IT HAS THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS NEVER FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOW I HAVE NO VEHICLE TO DRIVE. I DID ASK FOR MY TRADE IN BACK MULTIPLE TIMES AND WAS IGNORED, COME TO FIND OUT THEYD ALREADY SOLD IT AND NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS PEICE OF CRAP CAR AND HAVE TO USE THE WARRANTY AND HAVE ONLY PHYSICALY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 13 DAYS. I have been searching for a SUV and open to any kind. Not really knowing what I wanted Alec showed me several cars and even offered to let me drive his personal car to see if I liked it. He is a friendly, helpful, and kind salesman. 10/10 recommend working with Alec.
