My experience

was disappointed that I was only given one car key I'm not sure why I couldn't have had two car keys for this new vehicle the one I traded and I gave them two keys also I'm not sure why less than 24 hours after I purchase this vehicle the office lady was calling me wanting to have a copy of my car insurance there was no way I could have got car insurance on that car in that length of time I didn't pick it up until 4:30 the night before

Cancel Gap Insurance took way to long

We paid off our auto almost 2 years or so early so we went into the dealership to cancel the gap insurance. The woman who handles this took our info and said it should take about two weeks before we get our money back in the form of a check and that she would call us when it came in. About a month later we called her since we hadn't heard from her. She wasn't in and would call back when she got in. About 6 days later, no call from her so we called back. This time they said she was on vacation and would call back when she got back on that following Monday. Guess what? Monday rolls around and NO call about anything from her. We go into the dealership a few days later to find out what is going on and to stop getting the run around. She's not in. Again. We go back again in the next few days and she is in. She says she'll look into it and after about 15-20 minutes comes out with a check that is about $100 less than what she told us we would be getting back. So, due to her incompetence or lazyness or whatever its called, we lost money. We would have been better off just calling the gap insurance company to cancel it ourselves. Say away from buying gap insurance if you don't want the hassle of getting your money back especially if that same woman is there. I would give her name but I forget what it is.

Be careful!

They baited and switched me on a Jeep Wrangler. Salesman told me it was in stock and just to make sure it was there as it was a long drive we were well into I called the dealership and asked another salesman if it was available he told me it sold two days ago and then tried to sell me a newer more expensive one they had in stock. He said I guess we should take the sold one off thier internet website. I strongly agreed with him. I will never waste any morr time on them and I am writing this so other people know to watch out for thier deceptive sales tactics.

Happy Customer

Mike Keener explained everything and he took the time with my husband and I to go over the features of the vehicle. He also worked on our timeline. He also had to work with my mother long distance from Texas for financing. He made it an easy and enjoyable process from beginning to end.

Good pricing. Fast and friendly service.

This dealer was easy to deal with. Paperwork went fast. We discovered a couple of mechanical issues after getting the used vehicle home. They took care of them without question.

Great Dealership, Great Service

I purchased a new GMC Terrain Denali in October 2018. I met with Nick Coughlin and he ordered exactly what I wanted. He made the process very easy. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. I appreciate Nick and the great service he provided. If you are looking for a great dealership, call Nick Coughlin. You'll be happy that you did. Recently my service light came on. I took my car to Craig Hix in Coughlin's service department. He went over everything with me. GM said the parts needed were on back order. Craig did everything possible to get the parts. He made several calls to GM to expedite delivery of the parts. The service he provided was outstanding. He went above any other service that I've had anywhere in the past. There are some people who just go through the motions. But Craig is different. He cares and will make sure that your vehicle leaves in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Coughlin Automotive in London, OH.

amazing to work with

We had a custom request that we figured would be very hard to navigate. Charlie made the process so easy. We came 2 hours to buy the truck and had only a short window to get the paperwork done. He had us in and out in 45 minutes!!! Well done guys
