I purchased my first new car at Corning Ford on 1999 and since then I been going back to them for cars repairs and call their service department anytime I have a question, because I trust their judgment and honesty. After I decided I wanted to purchase the Moch-E, I went directly to the place that I new I can trust, Corning Ford.

False Advertising

Based on their website inventory which showed 12 of the new vehicles we wanted to buy on the lot we drove an hour from our home to the dealership only to be told they actually had none of the vehicles on the lot. They said the website was in error…no apology for our wasted time, gas, etc. I am a past new car buyer there, but they have lost my family and everyone else we can reach out to as customers.

We drove an hour to look at new truck based on their online inventory showing 12 on the lot. Got there and was told there were none on the lot and web site was wrong. No apologies offered for our wasted time, gas , or false advertising. We are past new car buyers there, but they have lost us and everyone else we can share our experience with as customers.
