I went to look at a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. The vehicle seemed ok but I was unable to fully assess it because they wouldn’t let me test drive it unless we talked numbers. I’m sure they’ve had a ton of people who just want to joyride their 707 HP beast so I understand being cautious about who gets to drive it. I let them look over my low mileage, 6 speed manual, 2010 Audi S4 as a possible trade in. They came back with a lowball offer, which is to be expected from any dealership. They’re in the business to make money so I get it. I wasn’t even shocked or upset about it since I could easily sell my own car for twice as much as they offered for it. The part that rubbed me wrong about the whole thing is how they wanted me to commit to buying a $76,000 vehicle before I could even test drive it. No thank you! But thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my day driving there and back, working numbers and not even letting me test drive the car…

Body shop disaster
The first time I bought my vehicle in for the collision center it’s set out behind the shop for nine days after it was done as he was telling me one thing and tell him my insurance company another thing. I called my insurance company on a Friday at close of business and miraculously I could pick my vehicle up Tuesday morning. When I got the vehicle back there was overspray everywhere from the rubbing compound. Inside and outside the vehicle. The paint color didn’t match. I take it back Tuesday this week to have it repainted. Color match is fine. But they have rubbing compound composed all over my vehicle and as I show it to the service manager. He proceeds to tell me it’s gonna take a little bit while we can clean it up. Guess what people I work for a living to show my vehicle get paid but it didn’t get cleaned up. Oh yeah by the way they weren’t gonna give me a loaner in the beginning so I told him to my insurance Toni pays him extra days that you’re gonna pay for it. So I got to say is if you take anything to Straub Glendale dodge in Glendale. Do it at your own risk

Take your vehicles to Glendale Straub !!
I brought in a Santa Fe 2020, rear hatch glass busted, one dent above the emblem. Looking around I thought , wow they are busy. Next thing I know , I was given a schedule when the parts will be here etc., no problem, we do this all the time. Sure enough it was done , cleaned , and ready to take home . Well done staff, and workers of Glendale collision crew.

Gus was our salesman he was cordial and very knowledgeable about the vehicle . Made us feel at home. The whole experience was nice to know that we were not pressured into buying.

Disappointed with customer service.
Had an appointment to look at a car. Drove over an hour to get to the dealer. Car had been sold the previous day. No phone call to let us know.

I drive all the way down from Steubenville just to purchase from Straub. Brad the manager and Gus the salesman were great. Only place we buy our vehicles from.
