Friendly service desk and availability of a last minute

Friendly service desk and availability of a last minute appointment were positives along with having the battery for my Buick in stock. The time it took to actually change the battery was excessive..... and then some. I'm grateful they were able to solve my issue but if I need additional work to my car I may look for an alternative that doesn't cost me two round trips or a whole day.

Friendly service desk and availability of a last minute appointment were positives along with having the battery for my Buick in stock. I worked with Brett Paden and Ken Kovack on the lease of a 2024 Sierra EV. From start to finish, they were helpful, friendly, responsive, and nice to work with. I've been a lifelong car enthusiast who loves to shop for a "good deal" and I know that I can therefore be a challenging customer. Brett and Ken went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The price was right and the service was great. I would be happy to work with them again on a future purchase.

Everyone seemed nice enough but after dropping my car off

Everyone seemed nice enough but after dropping my car off the night before, after verifying it was ok to do so the day before, I received a call the morning of my appointment stating the parts needed for my recall repair were on back order. I had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and I'm sure it was known the part wasn't there by close of day the night before. Now I have to wait until the part comes in.

During my most recent visit I was in to have a vehicle looked over and both Leslie and Service Tech Mike Joseph provided a complete and thorough update. Mike was professional and courteous during the update directly to me. I've been a customer for many years and it's always a pleasure to work with Leslie.
