Lester Glenn Buick GMC

As always, the people at Lester Glenn Buick/GMC, located in Toms River, NJ, are really great. Needed a routine oil change, etc, but was having a problem with the AC. They found the problem and corrected it. Driver took me home, since it was going to be a long job. Came and picked me up when it was done. I would especially give a mention to the Service Manager, Bill Peak and the technician, Tom Domenico. My husband and I have dealt with this dealer for many, many years and bought quite a few vehicles from them over those years. Mike Amarando, in sales is terrific and always stops to chat with me when I am in for service. I trust everyone there to take care of my auto needs. Anita was my first point of contact. She was in the BDC (appointment setting dept) at that time. I called in about a specific vehicle, and I knew what I wanted. She confirmed vehicle availability as well as condition. She was EXTREMELY relatable and didnt give me the runaround. I did come in the following day and purchased the vehicle. I went again yesterday to pick up my plates and registration. Anita was promoted onto the sales floor. She was nice enough to come out in the heat (poor thing) and put my plates on for me. Anita was my first point of contact, and my last point of contact, and I will refer all my friends and family to go to her personally. She deserves all the recognition she can get. GO SEE ANITA!!!
