Had a terrible experience in the service department. My advisor was Joe. First he tried to sell me a wheel alignment I did not need. Then he failed to honor my GM service agreement. I left with a bill for over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me I had to take it up with the GM dealer I bought the car from. I have a 2021 Buick Envision with 13,000 miles. Just moved to Toms River. I will never return to Lester Glenn Buick. The worst customer experience I have ever had at a GM car dealership.
