Good Service Good Product
We worked with Brad Long. I contacted them about buying a new or good used Hybrid Explorer. They did not have any in stock, but Brad took the info for what I was wanting and within a few days he called to tell me they had bought a car at auction with what I was wanting and it would be on the lot in a couple of days. Went to see it the 1st day we could and it was exactly what we wanted, Brad had done a fantastic job helping us. We bought it that same day for what I considered a fair price. Have bought from Ridings before and will again. Good service and good product. I would recommend Brad Long to anybody.

Great Service and trustworthy staff

Had my car serviced and finished within an hour.
Had my car serviced and finished within an hour. Stan approached me and asked if he could take me somewhere. He took me to a restaurant for breakfast and returned to pick me up to take me back to the dealership. Great customer service and superb service. A class “A” dealership. Poor business practices
Upon exiting the dealership doors and walking up to the vehicle we just purchased we noticed the someone had wrecked the vehicle. We and the dealership took photos of the damage. The sales manger John agreed that they caused the damage and the would defiantly take care of the damage they caused. We were allowed to go ahead and take the vehicle how they figured how and when they could get it into the body shop. We took it into the dealership for repairs, got the vehicle back and the repairs were very poor and the vehicle has leaking doors. After taking photos and complaining to the dealership they agreed and it went back to the body shop. Yet again the vehicle was not repaired properly. So I took the vehicle to 2 body shops and received estimates that showed $5000 in damaged still needing repaired. I gave the estimates to the dealership and they wanted an inspection/estimate from their specified body shop so I took the vehicle their and the estimate showed $6000 in damage that still needs repaired. Took this estimate to the dealership for them to tell me they are NOT going to fix the vehicle they wrecked & the sales manager was very mad I took it to the body shop of his choice instead of him taking it in
