Rick Ridings Ford was amazing to work with. My husband and I walked in without an appointment to look at a truck we found on cars.com and they immediately helped us out. Brad was SUPER easy to work with and was willing to run around for us to get some stuff cleaned in the car. I'm pretty sure this was the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase I've ever had. Brad explained pricing and helped us shop for a great rate through a credit union for financing.

We were looking for a truck, and we were in no hurry. We casually looked at the trucks on truck row, and found a couple we liked. We took the stock numbers up to the office, Todd Singleton greeted us, we told him what we were looking for. He jotted down some information, and went out to the truck and brought it to us. He went over all of the features before we got in, he was very knowledgeable about all of the options the truck had to offer, and was honest when he didn't know. He was fun, we laughed, we filled out paperwork, he even gave us a tour of the building. We were in no hurry and since it was closing time, we opted to go back since it was closing time and we were in no hurry. He called me the next morning to confirm the time, and to ask a couple of questions. We got there that afternoon and he greeted us with bottles of water, we waited for finance, and then went back to sign the papers. Bryce in finance was quick and efficient. They took our picture and we were driving away. All of the salesman were friendly and greeted us. Todd provided us with a no hassle, no pressure experience. This is the best Ford Dealership. Some say buying a vehicle can be time consuming and draining, but not at Rick Ridings Ford, we have bought several cars from them in the past and will continue to be a repeat customer, and we will definitely seek out Todd.

These guys are worth the drive and always make it a positive experience. My second car from here. Worked with Carl, got the deal and drove off happy!
