Working with Heather and the team at this dealership was nothing but a superb experience. From start to finish a 10 out of 10 and I would not hesitate recommending them to others. They have a no nonsense approach to go along with their desire to meet the customer’s every need.

Shea was great to work with. The process was easy. He was honest with the price. The paperwork was completed with no hassle. Within an hour is arriving I was headed home with a new truck

Disappointed
I purchased a car in 2015 from Auto Farm in MIDDLETOWN, IN. During my purchase I was informed that the car was a one owner with no accidents. After purchasing the car, I noticed a dent inside the trunk. When I asked about the dent, the sales rep said, “ I have no idea.” Being just a small dent inside the trunk, I let it go. When I went to trade the car in for another car, I was informed that the car was in an accident and hit in the rear. I called the dealership and was told that none of the sales reps currently work there that sold me the car in 2015. I told the GM my situation and he said he had no idea and just apologized. Did not offer to make it right, but just made an excuse for the reason there was no report regarding the accident. I believe I was deceived during the purchase then offered an apology afterwards and nothing more. Very difficult to purchase another car from this dealership again. Lesson learned !!!

Poor business practices
I did my research and selected a vehicle from their website. I emailed to confirm availability and called back to schedule a time to drive it that afternoon. I drove nearly an hour and a half and arrived on time for the appointment. When the salesman went to find the vehicle he had to come back and explain to me that the service manager had just bought it. The salesman was very apologetic and I sincerly believe he had no knowledge of it. I came with every intention of buying the vehicle but was too angry to even consider anything else. The salesman apologized profusely but an apology and explanation from the guilty party would have been nice. They should apologize to the salesman as well.

Great Place to Buy or Lease
It was nice to be treated like a customer. Heather, Duane, Shea and Jim were great to deal with. We will definitely go back when we are ready to lease again.

They keep their word!
Heather, took very good care of us from the moment I talked to her. We had been to other dealerships and had been turned denied. They are true to their word they will do what whatever they can to get you in a car. I recommend this place 100%

Rare Find in Car Dealerships
The staff worked overtime to locate the ?needle in the hay stack? for us. Dilligent to return calls and maintain a good repore, this was by far the best buying experience of my 50+ years of living. If you want a Ford, and are within 50 miles, give them a chance to dance. You won?t be disappointed. Good job, Gray.
