Started off very well, ended on a sour note.
Started off very well, ended on a sour note. We test drove and went to purchase when we were told that some dent and paint protection that was about $699.00 each had to be in the purchase price and was not an option. I was like a NO. I wanted to walk out and go to another dealer but my wife convinced me to stay. Stephen in the Finance department was great, I did purchase some other products but not as much as I would have. I think the thing working against this location is it's affiliation with AUTO NATION. I am not sure that I would buy another car from this dealer.
