bought 2012 gmc sierra

i bought a 2012 GMC truck from Nissan North.Salesman Jason Peters was a great person to deal with and very helpful with the whole process.Very pleasant experience.The dealership has a very nice group of people working there and very friendly.Also have very clean selection of vehicles to choose from.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian Hillard Was a Great Sales Man

On October 22nd, 2014....Brian Hillard Sold Me My Forth Nissan!!! BUT...This one was my First Nissan Maxima..I have owned 3 other Nissan Altima's before...An only one of them was Brand New when I bought it....This Time I Traded in my 2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged fully equipped with the Chrome Asante Package...FOR a 2014 Nissan Maxima Sport.

Don't Go Anywhere Else!

I scheduled a test drive, when I got there it was ready in front, running and warm on a very cold day. The internet specialist was very friendly (and an OSU Buckeye like me). Jon Gray was my sales guy, ask for him and you'll be in great hands. These guys are so professional, friendly, and fun. They made me a helluva deal. I had a super experience and hope this encourages you to visit Nissan North. I promise you won't leave disappointed.

A Buying Experience the Way It SHOULD Be

After endless hours of online research, I dismissed the (ultimately) false claims of 'great deals' and 'competitive market pricing' made by dealerships much closer to my home and decided to make the 110 mile drive to Nissan North to see a 2011 Murano. I had previously contacted the dealership via e-mail and when I arrived, there was a pre-printed record of my interest in the vehicle advertised. I was promptly greeted by Senior Sales Consultant, Jon Gray who proceeded to thoroughly and knowledgeably demonstrate all of the features of the Murano then accompany me for a test drive. When we returned, my trade-in had been appraised right in line with valuations readily available on the internet. I agreed to the deal, Financial Services Manager, William Joiner worked to provide the best financing options, I signed and was on my way back to Cincinnati. Over a span of 40 years of researching and purchasing new, used and collector cars, I would place my experience with Nissan North very near the top.

Out of town buyer

I began shopping for a low mileage Nissan on the internet, my search led me to Nissan North. I made contact with the dealership and worked with salesman Drew Sells. Drew took the time to discuss the deal and lay the ground work over the phone as I didn't want to drive the 3 hours until I was confortable that we had at least exceptable parameters of a deal in place. Others I contacted did not want to do that for me. I very much appreciated the straight forward professional approach. Once we took the Saturday to travel to complete the deal, I was very satisfied with the service I received, no suprises due to Drew's preparation. I will drive for a good deal and I'm glad I did. We love the vehicle and enjoyed the experience purchasing from Nissan North. I would definatley recommend checking them out.

Great day! Thanks to J Peters

I could not have asked for more, Jason Peters went over and beyond so i drive off with my 2009 Toyota Corolla, he is a great sales associate and a person. I did't believe i could test drive and drive home with my car the same day, Jason truly made my day. The facility is very clean and everyone is friendly too.

New Car Purchace

Plainly said, my wife and I had the most enjoyable car buying experience we could have hoped for today ( Wednesday August 20th 2014),led by sales associate Jason Peters and backed by Nissan North's sales manager Tyler Baird. We have always approached a car purchase with trepidation due some past experiences my wife had to endure. And to be totally candid, we were not 100% sure we were going to purchase, as we initially thought that the 2014 Nissan Maxima we ( okay, mainly I ) had our eye on could be out of reach of our budget. However, Jason was a breath fresh air in both of our eyes... considerate, candid, knowledgeable. We shared honestly our interest yet concern, and Jason and the entire dealership team worked with us to get a price we could budget appropriately, and last but not least found us an outstanding car with the features we most desired at an EXCELLENT value. I will say that while the monthly payment ended up being about $30 more a month than we would have preferred, at the end of the day my wife and I determined that the overall value we were receiving was WELL worth the extra expenditure. The bottom line of this review is, assuming you as a car buyer put in the homework, have any Nissan in mind, and are candid with your sales associate, you will be well rewarded for shopping with Nissan North and with Jason in particular,

No Hassle Nissan Buying at its Finest!

I met Jason Peters less than 72 hours ago after a 10 year long relationship with another unnamed Nissan dealership on the East side of Columbus, and I could tell within 20 minutes of my discussion (and a quick pass at numbers) that Columbus Nissan North was an honest and reputable dealer seeking new business and the desire to develop long lasting business relationships from loyal Nissan customers. With that being said, Jason Peters quickly identified my needs and more imporantantly cut throught the red tape and got to the bottom line. From Jason Peters on through (including the sales manager, gm, and service) everyone was generally gracious and sincerely appreciative of my business. I am very grateful for the team at Nissan North in Columbus, thankful for my new 2014 Murano, and am looking forward to obtaining more vehicles from this dealership for years to come! Customer Service, Very Friendly

Honestly there were initially some issues both with sales and service departments. HOWEVER, ultimately the staff worked with me (and worked hard) to make sure that I had a positive experience all the way around. It was nice to see follow through and sincerity with working to truly make sure I had a good experience. Bought my used vehicle here and had it serviced here. Great follow through on customer service. All of the staff is exceptionally friendly, too, which is nice.
