Four months later…….

I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and it needed work done. The dealership referred me to courtesy because they would be able to get it done faster. I purchased my vehicle in Dec 21, it went into the shop in early feb it is now June and I’m just now getting my vehicle back. I had to miss work because of transportation issues, borrow other vehicles etc…. I was never called about updates and when I would call I was greeted with attitude from Scott, or they sounded annoyed that I was calling. I only called about once a month. Everytime they spoke to me they kept telling we just waiting on just one more part, just one more part, just one more part, then I called again and they said they got it back together but then the timing chain broke and it would be middle of June before that part would come in. So I ended up calling an auto part store buying the part myself and taking it to them to fix. One time when I was speaking with Scott, I was upset but I wasn’t giving attitude I was just like it’s been three months what’s the holdup I would like my vehicle and his response was after he interrupted me was “ You can throw your fi… concern to corporate.” After finally getting my vehicle back, my husband was driving it home and the check engine light came on. So that was my experience with Courtsey. So if you don’t mind being without a vehicle for months then go for it but if your like me and need your vehicle as it is your main source of transportation then I would go elsewhere.

Awesome !!!

I purchased a 2018 Jeep renegade in February. Jerell and Leland were awesome. I was in a bind and needed a car ASAP. I was looking for something used however they worked it out for me to have a new car with only 50 miles. They even drove to pick me up over a half hour away due to me not having transportation. I was very pleased with the great customer service!!! I would definitely recommend them.

True and honesty customer-first service!

These guys know what real customer service is! Bought a used Ram 1500 from Courtesy, had everything i wanted and more. They told me it was in need of an oil change, which they hadn't been able to do yet since it was a recent trade-in, so they scheduled me to bring it in for that and an open recall. When the work was done, a service dept associate came at me with a list of other work it needed, brakes and fluid flushes and such. Said it all added up to over $1200! I immediately thought i was getting played, same old game. But, without hesitation, he said we should go talk to the sales manager since i just purchased this truck a few days ago. And, with hardly any discussion at all, they agreed to take care of all of it at no expense! I'm not paying a dime! That is true customer service, and something none of us see anymore. I highly recommend Courtesy and will sing their praises to anyone that will listen! Thank you, you guys rock!

Check your lugnuts before leaving their lot!!

We had our Dodge truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty simple, right? WRONG!!! Their "ACE" mechanic didn't tighten the lugnuts on one wheel. Of course, driving it home the wheel fell off. It bounced across traffic and hit a van, sending both passengers to the hospital. Not one time did we hear from any management person. We called numerous times trying to talk to someone about repairs to our truck. Since we didn't hear from anyone at Courtesy we hired an attorney because they would NEVER return our calls. They had a secretary call us one time, but that is not who we wanted to speak to! $1,000 later and 4 months later, we finally had our truck back. Our attorney informed us they refused to pay for our attorney fees and we will have to take them to court to get any money returned. We don't have that kind of money, so we are totally screwed!!! If only someone from management would have contacted us, that would have made a difference. They obviously didn't care enough about us as a customer. I am assuming they took care of the other people's hospital bills since we haven't heard anything from those people. Oh, and my husband received a ticket for the wheel coming. Something about improper equipment...Absolutely a nightmare dealing with this dealership!!!

Great buying service

Great staff and people Zack was a great salesman and I bought a 2014 ford taurus. I'm glad my friend Richard sent me to Zack at courtesy. I recommend them thank you. The only thing I wish they would of included speakers with the car that part is bad. They need to give me speakers and I'll be really happy.
