After being frustrated after some confusion about a used vehicle at Hondru Chevrolet in Manheim I wrote a negative review on my experience. I was contacted by Jason Hondru General Manager/Partner at Hondru Auto Group. He explained the mixup and offered his apology. He was willing to do what it takes to make the situation right. I was impressed by his personal involvement in the situation and believe he was sincere in his willingness to correct the situation. Mistakes happen when there are multiple locations selling the same vehicle and Jason stated he was going to make sure this type of thing doesn't happen again. What more can you ask for? No hard feelings. As a token of his sincerity Jason Hondru sent my wife and I a generous gift certificate to Golden Coral to have dinner on him for the mixup. Thanks Jason. With so many vehicles available it must be very difficult to keep track of them all. In the future I will wait at least 48 hours before writing a review to refrain from writing a review out of pure frustration. Things worked out in the end as I located another 2010 Cobalt which I am picking up Saturday which actually suits me better-Jet black with 16" aluminum wheels, sunroof and pioneer sound system with subwoofer and leather heated seats. So I guess everything happens for a reason.

Last friday i submitted my loan application, and by 10am saturday morning i was approved! Was on the road in my Cobalt by 5pm! They even drove all the way to manhiem to pick it up for me! Great deal, fast process. Car was just as describe on their website. To my surprise it even had remote start which wasn't listed. Thank you Hondru for making my first buying process awesome. To the negative review below me, sorry mate.

I have driven Jeeps since 1969 and always used the same dealer. Great service and good people. They did not sell Dodge vehicles -- 99% of their sales were Jeeps. Chrysler decided to discontinue their business relationship and dissolve their Jeep dealership. Two months ago I decided to look for a "new" dealer -- what a learning experience that was!! You would be surprised how many salespersons find it difficult to deal with a 60+ female when it comes to buying a vehicle. Tony and Hondru Jeep personnel were most cordial and listened to my requests, questions and comments. They found a new Jeep Patriot for me and we struck a deal that was fair for everyone. I think I found a new dealer!

The car was in great condition, and the staff helped me during the process of buying the car, they made it easy. the salesperson answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable buying the car. I will go back there again.

We are on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC towing a 5th wheel and there was an unexpected surge in the turbo boost which made our Service Engine light come on. We quickly found the closest dealer and we are so lucky we found Hondru. The folks here have been so helpful and we are already set to head back on the road. I have only good things to say about these folks...they earned my 5 star rating today!
