T & T Coast Buick GMC

I purchased a used car and was told that it had onstar and I would get a free 3month trial, well when I went to bring it to reg I found out the car since it was a 2005 needed to be updated and I would beed to pay 199 plus kit 15.00, very unhappy that the dealer that said the car has it with a free trial didn't pay for the upgrade. And I didn't get a free full tank of gas. I would expect both. Regan is great would use him again. There were a few things wrong with the car, but most of them they took care of right away, but still not happy about the advertised onstar and to find out after my purchase I have to pay for an upgrade because the car is a 2005.

I must say that in all my experiences with car purchases, my most recent purchase of my Buick Lucerne was the best. Everyone from the salesman, Lou Capasso, and management, finance and the detailer were exceptional. I look forward to my future dealings with this dealership. I must add that the response time for getting an appointment for a repair was just as exceptional. All dealerships should be like this. Many thanks!!!

I purchased my 1st car from T&T Coast and was very very happy with their service, and especially the way they do business. I purchased a used car and was very happy with the whole process, Lou was very easy going and not your typical "pushy" salesman. He listened to what I wanted and showed me 4 cars test driving 3 of them. I ultimately purchased 1 and was extremely happy. Unfortunatly the next week I had a little problem with it. So I called Lou he said no problem and bring it in. Thankfully it was not a major problem, he then took me to meet the service advisor Larry who promptly had the problem fixed within 20 minutes.. I couldnt be happier and everyone at T&T treated me like I was family.. Great dealership..

Great dealer. Purchased a used vehicle and love it. Lou was professional and coureous. Also great service dept.I highly reccommend Them. Not the typical dealer that promises the worlf and does nothing, they are there when you need them, and always fair priced and very thorough.

At T&T coast, my car buying experience was excellent. The salesperson was very helpful. He made the deal very easy because I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. T & t coast was most accommodating for my particular situation. The dealerships was very easy to ocate and the presenrtation odf cars was very nice. Lou was a big help and there seemed to be a very friendly "family" atmosphere.
