I went to T&T Coast to get my chevy cobalt repaired while I was waiting I took a walk around the lot. I found a 2015 Buick Lacrosse that I liked so I went in and met Hank Graveman salesman he was so nice no pressure at all. I had not planned on buying a car, but everything fell into place the price and the car looked great and a fair trade-in price. I had a little service problem the next day I called and service advisor Sebastien Attar was great fixed the problem right away. I have met the owner Tom Faragalli everyone makes you feel good about buying a car and treating the customer right.

First time at the dealership to trade in a 2015 Silverado for a Sierra Salesman was Kyle Donohue great guy to deal with no pressure and listened to what I wanted did not deviate from what I was looking for or try to sell me something other than what I wanted, I had visited other dealers before coming here at least four others and they all acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a 58k truck Didn’t care to even admit their numbers were bad as far as the trade in and the selling price of the new truck I went to T & T Coast on a Saturday at around 520 they close at 6 Kyle took care of me came up with good numbers at once on the truck I wanted Left a deposit and picked up the truck on the following Tuesday I’m not the easiest person at a dealer since I do my research before going in and know the numbers down to the penny, they came with a great deal on the first try Thank you T & T and thank you Kyle Donohue will definitely be sending customers your way

This was the second truck I purchased from T&T. I dealt with the same sale rep (Frank V.) who treated my trade-in fairly. Since for this second truck I was not sure if I wanted a Canyon or full size truck, he was very willing to show me all the different models. I finally settled on a full size 1500 All -Terrain unit. He was able to quickly find one close by and have it brought in the next day. Making the financial deal with him for both the trade in and purchase of the new vehicle went smoothly. He explained the discounts I was getting and the final number. I was a good experience purchasing this truck from T&T and working with Frank. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Buick or GMC vehicle.

I called T&T Coast after visiting 2 other dealerships and calling another my deal was made over the phone with Dawn and when i went into the dealership she turned me over to Rich Burnett the deal i was given was much better then anywhere else i went.
