Tim Dahle was amazing.

Tim Dahle was amazing. Ben was friendly and hospitable from the beginning to the end of our search for a new car and helped us find an excellent deal. And when the main car we wanted to look at was still being prepped in the shop, Bryson went out of his way to bring it to our house the next day for a test drive. All the reps showed very genuine care while assisting us. Even in the dealership, everybody was so kind, and there were always snacks and drinks on hand. They were respectful to our needs, treated us so well, and gave us an exceptional deal on our new family car. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a friendly dealership with awesome service.

They put me and my family in danger.

They put me and my family in danger. We drove 3 hours and paid 6400 and bought a car outright. I'm 4 months pregnant and we brought our 6 year old daughter. They knew and didn't tell us there was a MAJOR leak. They are horrible people. How do they sleep at night?

Do not go to this dealership.

Do not go to this dealership. They sold me a Ford Escape with less than 3,000 miles on it. It looked brand new. The salesperson said it had been in a minor fender bender in the back and it had been fixed. The airbags didn't deploy. The airbag light was on. The salesperson wasn't going to tell me that until my wife asked about it when she seen in on the Carfax. I didn't notice the airbag light was on when I test drove it. I took it to two auto body shops. The car has had major frame damage, exhaust system and faulty airbags. The car should of been totaled. $12,000-$20,000 damage. If there was still an inspection in the state of Utah this car will not pass. I contacted the salesperson to see if they would take the car back or give some of my money back. They will not work with you. I'm stuck with a car that isn't safe to be on the road.

Needs to be a zero rating.

Needs to be a zero rating. Authorized my bank for wire transfer. Dealership called my bank with wiring instructions. Wire was sent. 4 hours later was told truck was sold to someone else. Tomorrow I get to spend the day trying to get my money back. Nothing nice to say except they are morally bankrupt people. WAS going to be a first time Ford owner. Ford should be mindful of who they allow to represent their brand. Once a liar...

Diagnosis Fraud

Called Tim Daly to repair the back up camera. They charged me a $200 fee for a diagnosis. It took two days. The diagnosis was they could no longer get back up cameras for my foes explorer. They knew the cameras were no longer available when I set up the appointment. But they took my money just the same.

Company tried to slip in a $4000 extra charge

In July of 2023, I went to purchase a used vehicle at Tim Dahle in Spanish Fork. The salesman was nice and we soon arrived at a deal. When I went to close the deal with their agent (I believe his name was Jake) he tried to jam us up by adding over $4,000 to a $12,000 dollar car. I explained we were at an impasse and stood up to leave. Jake followed me out the door, yelling at me that I had to take the car and that I was cheating the salesman out of a commission. I will never attempt to do business with Tim Dahle Ford.

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership!

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership! I was promised the vehicle I came down to test drive had the features I was looking for and it did not. That was my first waste of time. I gave the sales person another shot. Dumb on my part. The next vehicle was one the sales manager had been driving. I was told the vehicle had 500 miles on it, NO, it had 3200. Not only that, it had so many scratches on it from the sales manager taking it off-roading it looked beat to heck. None of this was mentioned to me. Then they were shocked when I pointed it out. Never buy from them!

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware (at least for the used cars). Have had an ABSOLUTE nightmare of an experience with this dealership. They are full of a lot of talk, but no delivery, and then they ghost you! We purchased a used Yukon XL from them. During the sales process, we were told their inspection service was top notch and rest assured the vehicle was in great condition. Also during the process, I had several work emergencies and family emergencies (seriously atypical emergencies) and so the process was longer than expected as it was challenging to get to the dealership and to deal with all the follow ups. At one point, I received a call from Carlos and was unable to answer. Unbeknownst to him, he failed to hang up and the voice message picked up his conversation for 3 minutes. He was speaking with a co-worker and was speaking so ill of me and essentially how ridiculous I was. Absolutely no understanding of my/our situation. Regrettably, we still moved forward with the purchase of the vehicle after we thought we completed sufficient due diligence. When we completed the sale, on the way out the door I spoke with Jory about the voice recording and how poor taste it was. I sent him the recording as well and nothing was ever followed up with me on it. Fast forward to a week later, we take the Yukon to get the alignment done. They could not even do an alignment because of so many issues with the suspension (to the tune of $1100-1200). I called our salesman Jeremy and he said he would get on it and see what could be done. For several weeks I just got the run around, with never a follow up. I had to continue to call/text. I also reached back out to Jory as the used car manager and thought I might get somewhere with him. Same experience, same run around and empty promises of follow up. Eventually both Jeremy and Jory stopped responding at all. Such a disappointing end to the experience. NO service after the sale. No integrity related to the condition of the vehicle. And ZERO follow up, even after promising it. Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and will make my experience with them known. To cap off a great experience already, we learned soon after the suspension issues that the motor mount is bad! Here's to another $300-400 repair. I know we bought a used vehicle, but the service from Tim Dahle Ford is one of the absolute worst I have experienced. Keep shopping elsewhere!

Great experience

Buying my truck from Tim. Dahle was a very pleasant experience. Carlos my sales person drove with me to show the truck to my wife in Pleasant Grove before we purchase the vehicle Carlos followed up with a text message offering to go over the technology in the truck with me today I took him up on that offer, and he along with the used car manager, taught me a great deal about the truck and didn’t charge me anything extra and even again thanked me for buying my vehicle from the Tim Dahle dealership I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership
