Let me start off by saying I love my 2024 Bronco. The sale was the problem. My salesman boast the dealership offers all of these perks like the forever start program. What they didn't tell me is that they charge 500.00 for that 'benefit'. they have an anti-theft perk if I bought from them. what they didn't tell me is that was going to cost me 300.00. They also have this great windshield program that if my windshield breaks, they will replace it. That great program was a mere 1500.00 to cover a 5 year period. In my paperwork, I received the registration form for the windshield replacement program, but not the actual warranty. Here I am a year later checking into it, and had to call and argue with the finance guy to give me the warranty details. It turns out, it isn't an insurance, it is a product that they apply on the windshield. They choose to 'fix' the windshield and have pre approved glass providers I have to go to. I already have windshield coverage for my vehicles and they insisted that normal windshield coverage would not cover this expensive windshield. Not true. When I finally got the windshield warranty, there are so many exclusions it will be nearly impossible to collect. I admit, I should have read every bit of information before signing and required written explanation on every concern or question. That is clearly on me. However in the buying process, most people trust that the dealership is honest, laws protect the consumer, or 'I'll read everything when I get home because it takes so long". I no longer trust dealerships, and maybe never should have. They tell have truths, and omit information for the customer to make an informed decision. buyer beware.

Got a new 2025 ford mustang. Only 10k miles on it. Got a nail in the tire. Went to go get it changed. I only wanted one tire because there is not much wear on the tires. I cannot afford $800 right now. Luke in the service department refused to sell me one tire because he said hed have to send the other one back. He said come back next week when you can afford it. I left, and since i drive 5 hours to see my kids and cant just drive on a flat, i called ron gordan tire pros and they got me 1 tire in 6 hours for my mustang. This is the absolute worst dealership. Luke xxxxxx me off so bad id never return as long as he works there. I did get a call from the manager apologizing, but he dont care either hes just being professional.

So have you ever not done your due diligence when purchasing a car? I did. I screwed up big time. I trusted a friend who owns a dealership to get the vehicle that we were looking for exactly how we wanted it in a hurry when we picked it up didn’t thoroughly check it out 1000% my fault! Went into Tim Dahly Ford Spanish Fork, Utah met with Oscar and Tanner told them of my situation. I was basically just looking for advice on how to deal with this other dealership. Oscar, Tanner, and the whole team there took care of us from start to finish. We traded in a 2025 bronco with 600 miles on it and purchased another 2025 bronco with all the features and in amenities that we wanted. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have a dealership like Tim Dahly Ford here helping us with our purchases and helping me get out of a situation that I caused. If anyone reads us and is looking for help for a new vehicle, go see Oscar Tanner or the king of Jordan and I promise you they will help you..

Beware of this place, very unethical. Worst experience we've ever had. Go somewhere else.

Sorry to say but their service department doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Several weeks ago I took my wife’s car in. It was an emergency. This was on a Wednesday. They said bring it right over. I left it with them expecting a call. The call finally came the next day. They needed to get a part from Denver. No part came Friday. No part came Saturday. No part came Monday. ( Also no calls from the dealer ). Finally I called. I said really ! No parts . I can order from Amazon at 7:00pm and it’s on my door in the morning. They said they could get an after market part. I said DO IT. I assume it will be less money. NOPE. In fact they charged me more. Never going back there again. Then today my mother in laws check engine light came on today. They said bring it over right now we will take a look. That was at 10:30 am. At 2:30 pm she asked if it was done. They hadn’t looked at it and again , no communication. I don’t usually post bad reviews but this service department needs an overhaul.

Bought my Bronco at a different dealership because they weren’t willing to be flexible on pricing,. Since they are closest dealer I have used them for service. Most recent service they charge $120 for simple oil change and then $6 for credit card fee. Fast food places don’t even charge credit card fee. It’s not that $6 is going to put me in bankruptcy but the overall condescending “you’re an idiot and we will take advantage when we can” attitude was a put off. I only use dealers for service for cars under warranty, but never again. Not sure why dealers love to push away service customers. Shopping for a Ranger Raptor now and they have a few but same story on pricing and attitude so off I go, taking my local business elsewhere.

Got my ford ranger from Tim Dahle, and man let me say how happy I am with this dealership! They helped me get a better rate than my credit union and even threw in a service contract! I checked out a few of their trucks and there was no pressure at all in which one I should pick. Next time I need a vehicle, I’ll be sure to check out Tim Dahle Ford first. Oh btw my salesman was Nelson, and he is an awesome guy!
