I took my truck there for service and they charged me a
I took my truck there for service and they charged me a labor rate to change my turn signal bulb and then another labor charge to change my brake bulb… $82.50 per labor charge and they are the same bulb, so I paid $165 to change a single 1157 bulb… a ten minute job. Totally dishonest place, in my opinion, thieves and I had just purchased TWO brand new F-350’s there instead of dealing with the big boys at C Harper… I wish I would have worked with C Harper

Stay away from here, most dishonest service department and if corporate will tolerate one dishonest department, I’m sure the others are dishonest as well

Ed the service manager for Quick Lane is excellent. He stays on top of your repairs and goes the extra mile. He lets the extended warranty rep aware of upcoming concerns which greatly impressed me. Keep up the good work.

About 3 months ago ago my husband and I had what we thought was a bad / frustrating experience with Davies Ford. And in that moment he vented about his frustration on Facebook and his doubts about their service . We are very sorry that that happened. But I am very happy to report that we listened to their feelings and gave them another try. It seems to have been they were in process of restructuring their service team etc .to provide better overall care.and quality in their program and we are very pleased that we took another chance to have us help them because their restructuring of their service team from. SCOTT TO CHRIS Z. TO FRANCES AND MAX AND EVEN Brian the mechanic came through for us . As they worked on the car kept in contact every day with us - even went as far as giving us a loaner as the month went by and the engine needed to be replaced. They dealt with our picky warranty company held them responsible for payment and today we are completely satisfied with their care of us and the car.We are glad we took a second chance and wanted to clear the air and give credit where credit is due ! Thanks guys!
