Great Experience

Great first experience at Graue with the purchase of a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had known Terry prior to working at Graue and knew he would be able to find whatever vehicle I was looking for. He did just that and more! He found me the best possible vehicle for the money I was wanting to spend. I don't have enough good things to say about my experience. I will definitely be sharing my recommendation! Thanks again Terry and the team at Graue!

Great Experience!

Great experience!

Terry Allen was very accommodating! He has been selling cars to a relative of mine for years at another dealership that recently closed. I had purchased my last vehicle at Graue and when I heard he was at Graue, I asked for him because my relatives have been so impressed by his service through the years. The deal went very smooth and Terry provided excellent service to my wife and I. He worked to get the price to where we needed to be. I will recommend him to anyone thinking about a new or used vehicle.

Treated very well by all.

Our interactions were timely, polite and very professional. We were treated very well by all the staff. The was ready when scheduled and in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the timeliness of return calls and vehicle delivery. I doubt there is much I could suggest improvement-wise!

Great Experience

Very pleased with the service and process of buying a 2016 Enclave. Would highly recommend the dealership as a whole, especially Chad Branson. He was extremely easy to deal with, made the sale simple and painless. Friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle overall and with the latest technology. Took plenty of time to be sure I understood everything about the new car. Even suggested to my parents they make the 40 mile drive to talk with him about buying a new Buick.

Missed the finishing touches following an oil change

Just completed an oil change & tire rotation provided within the first 2 years following a purchase. The completed service sheet indicates that exterior windows were cleaned. This was not the case. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the oil change itself, but it does make me wonder if any of the other "included checks & safety inspection" were actually performed.

New vehicle

We were extremely pleased with the friendliness and attention given to us on our purchase of a 2017 Escalade. Scott Renfro was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the sales process. After the sale he spent all the time necessary to explain the technology of the vehicle. We will recommend Scott and this dealership to anyone shopping for a car.

Simply Awesome!

My son and wife were passing through Lincoln last week when the transmission acted up on my elderly GMC pickup. Service manager Dave got them in promptly and they were on the road in less than 5 hours. My son said that the driveline tech, by looking at the reciept I think John Mileham?, even delayed lunch so that they could get back on the road sooner! Bravo to these folks! If I lived in Lincoln I would buy from this dealer in heartbeat. Thanks again!
