aweful predatory experience. i got tricked out of a extra 1000$ that i didnt even know about until my bank had explained it to me how they finance guy nate ward tricked me. the car had issues they lied about then tried to charge me a arm and leg to fix them even after we settled that at my expense it took almost a month and a half and 3 apointments to fix 1 out of 3 malfunctioning things and all while they tried to throw every miscellaneous charge they could at me even at one point going as far as trying to have me sign a blank invoice form that literally had "customer pays $100) just written on it. oh and not to mention they broke or took off my antenna (looks broken) and never put it back, and somehow im out a lugnut. worst experience ive ever had purchasing anything in my life and i mean anything.

I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! So worth the short trip from Boulder, this review seems longer than my time in purchasing my new car. Thanks Again to All, Weston Boulder, CO.

I've bought and sold many cars at valley Nissan but
I've bought and sold many cars at valley Nissan but recently had a pretty terrible experience. I bought a salvage title Toyota tundra that was in excellent condition. During the test drive I felt a strange movement when it shifted from third to fourth gear. The salesman also made mention of it. He assured me a thorough exam of the truck was done and a big multipoint inspection was perfect. The movement was just due to being a 6-speed I stead of 8-speed transmission. I bought the truck. I had a separate inspection done at stapp Toyota. They specifically noted the rough shift from 3 to 4th gear. I paid 460 for a full transmission flush,refill, and recalibration. That did not solve the problem. Their recommendation is now replacement of the transmission for $6100. I then called the salesman a valley Nissan and asked to see a copy of the inspection they performed on this truck. 3 days now and no one can produce the report. Really feels like they just blatantly scam people. A word to the wise to stay away from this dealership, they are simply not honest. Clearly they bought a problem truck, then offloaded the problem onto me after lying about the truck being in a condition it was not.

I used to send everyone to Valley Nissan in Longmont, Co., well that ends now! I personally purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership (2022 Outlander & 2022 Pathfinder), 1- 2023 Rogue for my Son from their sister store in FoCo, and sent my windowed cousin & her Son to the Longmont store where they purchased a 2023 Frontier (loaded) and a 2020 Mitsubishi (which has turned out to be unworthy of cost, both cosmetic and motor) which we have had to file a complaint with Motor Vehicle Dealer Board The Auto Industry Division as well as notify the credit union the financing is with, sent them pictures of the vehicle condition just to make them aware of what what they held an additional interest in. The Mitsubishi was shown to her after dark, late at night and we were promised both bumpers would be replaced by the salesman Ben, which to date has not happened, Valley had to send a guy from their detail shop to pick the car up in Loveland because it wouldn't start and showed low coolant (still does to this date), they brought it back the same day and said nothing was wrong with it. When my cousin asked the salesmen Ben when the bumpers and cosmetic concerns would be fixed, he had no answer for her. Other than the bad experience my cousin has ongoing with them, I have in total purchased and sent them business in the amount of $190,000+, I have never in my life heard of a dealership not sending an appreciation for referral of new customers and especially for the $$$$ referred to this dealership. I reached out to other dealerships in Longmont and Fort Collins, they do reward you for sending them referrals and being a repeat customer... I will never go back to Valley Nissan or send another customer their way after this last ongoing transaction.. ps. Ben, Chuck, where are my roof racks??? That's what I thought!
