Terrible communication, after talking with a salesman 3x

Terrible communication, after talking with a salesman 3x through the week on my intentions to drive roughly 3 hours to come look at it. After talking with the salesman first thing in the morning, I was called back after my second hour of driving and informed they did not have the truck on hand because they had sent it to the body shop.

Sold unsafe vehicle, refuses to fix

Recently purchased a $55k low mileage van (only 22k miles). The van was delivered in an unsafe condition with tires that had an insufficient load rating and chunks of the sidewall missing. I notified Mike Reynolds, the general manager and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake. Instead of taking ownership and correcting it the dealership blamed it on the previous owner. If this review is still up then the dealership has not corrected their error which is all I’m asking them to do. No reputable licensed and insured dealership should sell a vehicle in an unsafe condition. Edit: Dealer response, Mike Reynolds, “ due to the review you posted I will not be able to help you”. So apparently the dealership is ok with selling unsafe cars.
