Terrible communication, after talking with a salesman 3x
Terrible communication, after talking with a salesman 3x through the week on my intentions to drive roughly 3 hours to come look at it. After talking with the salesman first thing in the morning, I was called back after my second hour of driving and informed they did not have the truck on hand because they had sent it to the body shop.
Great purchase experience
I purchased a new Ram truck from Sherry and had a great experience. Ask for Cody, he will take care of you. It was well worth the trip!
Sold unsafe vehicle, refuses to fix
Recently purchased a $55k low mileage van (only 22k miles). The van was delivered in an unsafe condition with tires that had an insufficient load rating and chunks of the sidewall missing. I notified Mike Reynolds, the general manager and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake. Instead of taking ownership and correcting it the dealership blamed it on the previous owner. If this review is still up then the dealership has not corrected their error which is all I’m asking them to do. No reputable licensed and insured dealership should sell a vehicle in an unsafe condition. Edit: Dealer response, Mike Reynolds, “ due to the review you posted I will not be able to help you”. So apparently the dealership is ok with selling unsafe cars.
Alan, As we discussed earlier this week, you purchased this vehicle 9 months ago. We had an agreement to get your tires fixed. However after posting this review it makes it difficult for me to help you. Get in touch with me if you change your mind. The ball is in your court.

The dealership had the vehicle I inquired about at the advertised price. The dealers Sales Rep. Kevin Pryfogle was very knowledgeable and professional. A deal was made and I now am in the process of learning how to use all its bells and whistles.

Great experience when buying a car
We needed a new car. Since we wanted a Chrysler product, our son was able to find a Cherokee for us with you. Your dealership was great. Kevin was so open to our needs and so willing to work with us. We really appreciated everything
My experience with Paul Sherry Chrysler has been excellent every time. From purchasing a vehicle to service to ordering parts. They've even taken care of recall issues on another vehicle.
Great experience. Kevin Pryfogle went above and beyond to make my out of state purchase seamless. I could not be more pleased. Very professional and likable people
Marc! We strive to make things as easy as possible, so it's nice to see that you had a great experience. I'll be sure to share this with Kevin. Thanks again for your business!
Amazing place to purchase a vehicle from. Nick from sales was an absolutely wonderful person to deal with and helped me and my wife out tremendously. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Joshua! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! Nick and our team have years of experience and it really shows. Thanks again for your business!
We negotiated a deal on a used truck by phone. We informed the salesperson that we had a check for full payment and would arrive 1.25 hrs later to test drive the truck and purchase. 15 minutes prior to our arrival “management” allowed another customer to test drive the vehicle. We were met by our salesperson who told us this and said it wasn’t company policy for this to occur but “management “ had allowed it. We were asked to wait to see if the other customer could close the deal. No thanks! What terrible customer service!!
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I wanted to let you know how sorry we are for your negative experience. Here at Sherry Chrysler, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. And in this instance, we clearly dropped the ball. It's company policy to sell vehicles in a first come, first serve manner. But in your case, our staff should not have worked another deal on that truck. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and we hope you consider giving us another opportunity to earn your business in the future.
