Do not recommend this dealership to anyone for buying a new vehicle from the commercial department. The customer service is horrible and I will never recommend... anyone to buy from this dealership again. Ford should pull there franchise for as many calls as I had to make to have them fix my new truck. It took about two years to fix the problem and they still have not reimbursed me for the tools that were damaged from the truck body that leaked. They keep blaming the Reading but I wrote the check to Hondaru Ford.
It was great working with Roger. He was very persistent in keeping in contact with me, and was very patient with us. He waited until we were ready to... make a decision. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Such a friendly guy. We had an overall great experience.

Roger Moreno was awesome to work with. I came to the dealership distraught because another dealer in Lancaster sold the car that I had put a deposit on... and was in the process of finalizing everything with my lender. (I will take the high road and not name them). Roger was very professional and courteous. Most of all, he listened to my needs and I was able to find something very quickly. I had told the previous dealer that I knew I would soon be looking for a second car as well. I told them I would base my decision to purchase the second car on my experience with the first. That came sooner than expected. About a week later, I was ready. There was absolutely no way I was returning to the Lancaster dealership after the negative experience there. Instead, I returned again to Roger/Hondru. And once again he was very helpful and I found something that fit my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car.
