I spoke with Elena about a few vehicles. She was very energetic and engaging. I am a big Explorer fan, but unfortunately I prefer the truck frame models over the newer uni body models. I have been thinking about upgrading to the larger Expedition. I told her I was looking for 2009/2010 Explorers or Mountaineers as well as 2015 Expeditions or newer. She was very gracious and even though she knew the odds weren't in her favor to get a sale she took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Mountaineer with low miles and all the bells and whistles from another dealer, but my next vehicle will probably be an Expedition. The Ecoboost is an amazing Engine with tons of torque that gets great gas mileage and Elena's low pressure and genuine personality will bring me back to BJ Maurer to make that purchase. We bought a truck 5 years ago from BJ Maurer and we came up from Florida to get it. We did it again this year. We made our trip up from Florida to purchase a vehicle from them again. Also we have serviced vehicles here several times as well. In fact we had our diesel truck in for service and it was supposed to be a two day fix but they were able to turn the truck around in less than a day.
