Be Aware

Well what do you want me to say?? I’m just passing along the FACTS. And I just wrote a couple of reviews that I’ll share with you that I posted Made an appointment to see a car late in the day for the next morning. When I arrived at my appointment (on time) I was told the used car I was interested in just sold. Then they tried to sell me another vehicle at twice the price. They claimed they sent a text informing me minutes before I arrived. But it has yet to show up. It appears to me as the Typical bait and switch tactics of unscrupulous used car dealers. But that is just my opinion and experience with these folks. Be warned!!! Made an appointment to see a car late in the day for the next morning. Well, to tell the truth it was very frustration which is not my usual experience there. A light came on that indicated my right front tire needed attention. I had just come from the doctor and was not feeling well, but I thought this should be a quick fix. I was told the tire needed air and had no other problems. It was given air and I left, but the light remained on. I returned and waited for well over an hour. The tire was taken off and checked. I waited and waited. Finally, I went downstairs, said I was too ill to wait any longer, and someone drove me home. When I finally got the car, I was told there had been a nail in the right BACK tire and it was fixed. I was also told whoever rotated the tires had not adjusted the warning system which was why the light indicated it was the right front tire and not the right back tire. I said the tire rotation was done there! I paid, drove home, and went to bed sick as a dog - not helped by my frustrating experience there.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Answered advertisment for a car that advertised leather interior and navigation system. Car had neither. It did have baseball sized dents and a cracked front bumper that were not visible in the advertisement photos. Salesman said I could add leather and navigation. I guess I could fix the car myself too. Wouldn't negotiate on the price after it clearly wasn't what it was advertised to be. Drove 2 hrs one way to view this vehicle burning a half tank of gas at $4.50/gallon. Car wasn't even washed or cleaned.

Bubb Bear is the best dealer ship you could go sho

Bubb Bear is the best dealer ship you could go shopping for a new brand vehicle. I really love my a Mazda CX-5 I move from California to Pittsburgh and I was so frustrated that nobody would help get a vehicle. I came crossword Bubb Bear and seen the moment I walk in they where the most amazing people I had ever encountered seen I move to Pittsburgh. They took off all my worries of not having a vehicle to get around and most of all they are like angels for all there help. The process only took one day and they are really fast snd good at what they do giving anyone great deals and A piece of mine once you walk out of there. I’m so grateful a million with each and one them whom I encounter let’s start off with Nathen so amazing and making sure I was taken care of even pay my Uber so I didn’t have to worry in how to make it to the dealership after I dropped off my rental in the airport. Also, Michael and Dexter do wonderful and help me with all my paperwork and made so easy so I could understand. God bless all of them and you will not regret going to purchase a vehicle in this dealership. Thanks God to each one of them because of there unique ways each provided me with help and made me feel so welcome God bless them. Never Going Anywhere Else

Chrissy was the best sales representative every girl hope to have when they buy a car. I didn’t have luck at another dealership, they weren’t too kind, and safe to say I am glad! I knew what I wanted when I got there but Chrissy made sure that I got what I wanted and more. She gave me a great price for my previous car and the whole process was a breeze. I can not thank Budd Baer’s team enough for this smooth process. I will never go to another dealership again and will always recommend them to everyone I know. Very Poor service

Never even had a chance to look at a vehicle. Traveled over 20 miles and arrived at the assigned time waited 20 minutes and was never acknowledged or asked my business. I ended up leaving. I contacted the sales manager the next day and he never even had the courtesy of returning my email.

Great Car

I bought a 2019 Mazda CX5 at Budd Baer. The salesman Michael Rockwell was fantastic. The car was certified and low miles. It was just like new condition. The deal was super easy and there was no pressure to buy anything. Michael show me all the features of this beautiful car that I hope to master soon. Thank you Michael and thank you Budd Baer.
