Rick was great. Gathered all the info I needed to make a decision. Happy with his responsiveness and pleasant demeanor. He had me in and out quick. Came in on his day off to close it out.

In 50+ years of buying cars, this was the most difficult.

In 50+ years of buying cars, this was the most difficult. I know times have changed, but it seemed all they wanted to do is sell extra warranty packages. It seemed to take forever to complete the sale.

Not a happy customer.

Not a happy customer. Scheduled my appointment on line. When I checked in I was asked this id for tires and inspection and I said yes. After car was inspected I was told thry need to get tires and I would need to comeback. Was told they could not see that I put in for tires. That was a lie as when checking in tires was mentioned to me. Someone was I lied to I am guessing someone made a mistake. It. Takes me 45 minutes each way, I was not happy total time 6 hours to get inspection and tires. Probably will not be coming back.

I needed a battery replaced because my existing one was

I needed a battery replaced because my existing one was dead. The service department was incredibly responsive to my needs, fitting me into their schedule. I was in and out within two hours, even though they had a number of other appointments. It's this kind of service that has me coming back to Keyser & Miller.
