Super people, super price

We had the best experience here! They were super helpful. They are honest people and they helped us to meet our budget but we still got a great car at an amazing price. They really worked with us and went above and beyond what a typical car dealer would do. I highly recommend buying a car here. We will definitely be back!

Great service, Great people

What a pleasure dealing with these folks, felt I was treated with the utmost respect and was offered a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. Brian and Joe were both very honest and respectful, and not at all pushy as some dealers can be. Would definitely buy from them again.

Courteous, fast service. Great pricing!

I recently found myself in need of a new vehicle and was a bit 'anxious' over the thought of going to a dealership as a female buyer. Well, those anxieties were EASILY put to rest with this amazing dealership! Brian was soooo courteous, honest and upfront with all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and put any concerns I had to rest. There is NO pushy salesmanship, no haggling and absolutely NO pressure at all! The way that the dealership documents each and every aspect of the vehicle in their online photo display, is so helpful, because I knew exactly what I was looking for and wanted, before even seeing the actual vehicle. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone! Their service is fast, courteous and caring. It was an overall 'painless' and smooth and pleasant process! If I am in need of any future vehicles, I will definitely come to Hollern and Sons to meet those needs. Awesome guys, awesome dealerships... and awesome overall quality of customer care. P.S. Love the fact that they make the atmosphere even more like home with their dogs there :)

Fantastic, Service, can't beat the feeling of home

We recently had to purchase a new car. Our previous dealership that we loved had closed down and we were extremely nervous to try a new dealership. However, I think we found a perfect fit for us. We found a fantastic 2014 Dodge Avenger with such low mileage. Just under 5000 miles! Got it at a spectacular price. We walked in with our own financing, so that whole process was easy going. Every person in the building was friendly, and sparked up conversation. And their dogs were awesome! We love love love doggies! Made us feel at home. We did test drive another car, and our salesman was wonderfully patient with us. They answered all our questions promptly, even after hours. Would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Hollern & Sons, we will be back to purchase again soon!

Great Car Buying Experience

I found myself in the market for a car a couple of weeks ago. My 13 year old car needed some work and it was just time to trade it in and get something newer. I wanted to go from an SUV to a wagon. I did a little research online and found a 2013 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI at Hollern and Sons. From the moment I called them to inquire about the car I liked them. I spoke with Brian Hollern who was very friendly and he put a hold on the car until I could drive out to look at it a couple of days later. I worked with one of the salesmen there who took me for a test drive and then did all of the paperwork. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the end, I signed final paperwork with Brian. The entire process took just an hour and a half. I loved the service I got. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Hollern and Sons.

Great Experience!

Great people, smooth transactions, seems to be a great car so far! Low mileage car listed with fair/competitive pricing compared to similar listings with a lot more miles. Brian even stayed open late to accommodate my families schedule!

GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I recently totaled my car, and just gave up on trying to fix it cheap. I was surfin the web when I came across a Honda element. It was at a place I had never heard of, I figured heck cant hurt to go look at it. It was the exact car I wanted and for a price WAY lower then anyone, trust me I did a search 100 miles from my location and no body could touch the price! Same car, same year and they all had more miles, roughly 40,000 miles more and they were all $2000 to $3000 more expensive then Hollern's. I arrive at the dealership and though WOW these guys have a great selection of vehicles, they even had some motors cycles which was nice too for future purchasing! There customer service was top notch, Joe and Brain were nothing but helpful, and made getting the car out the door a breeze. They were not your typical "Car salesmen" I never once felt pressured to buy anything or felt like they were trying to sell me something that I didn't want. I am really glad I just took the chance and drove to Johnstown to look at the car. I will definitely buy another car from them and would advise anyone else in the area who is looking for a quality vehicle to stop by and talk to anyone on the floor. They are a great bunch of guys, and super easy to talk to, plus you get a great price!

Outstanding all staff

Needed to replace my current suv. Would do web searches at least once a week. Hollern and Sons showed a couple of Jeeps in stock. Took a closer look on their web site which provided excellent interior views and car fax. Called to inquire about a Jeep Compass was still available they placed a hold on it. I went to look at test drove and took it home that same day. They were able to do a bettet percentage of financing rate than my credit union. The whole staff is outstanding right down to the "salesdogs" Beau and Chewy.

My Best buying experience ever at a car dealership

First off, I stumbled upon this dealership on a Saturday adventure that my father and I were having. I wanted to buy or possibly trade for a new or newer Honda Civic that day so that I could drive a different vehicle for a change. I had purchased a new Honda Element in 2006 and had driven it for more than eight years, without a single problem,and new that another Honda was what I wanted. We were on the way to Pittsburgh, PA by a round about way that my father had not driven for some time. We were "motoring about" as the Brits would say. As we were driving through Johnstown, PA, I noticed a couple of newer Honda Civics outside of a dealer and we stopped to see if any of them were manual transmissions. The ones outside were automatic so we went in to ask if they had any manual transmission Civics at the dealership. That is when I met a really neat fellow mountain biker that made me and my father feel at home and who very quickly (you know them car dealers ;^) ) showed me an orange Civic that they had in the showroom. The orange Civic turned out to be about what I was looking for. A virtually new Civic but it was a 2012. The "new" older car was a plus as it is a little easier on the pocket book at personal property tax time in West Virginia. I was able to comfortably look the Civic over for as long as I wanted without any pressure while being visited from time-to-time by two dogs that I thought were redbone coonhounds. They were not redbones at all but very friendly just the same. Once I figured out that it may be what I was after, we started to deal a little. This part is always the fun for me as I like to negotiate. We quickly came to a deal that we both could be happy with and I partially-traded my Honda Element on a new Honda Civic that morning. All in all, the dealers of the family-owned dealership were nothing shy of professionals and totally up front and honest throughout the whole process. I would by from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or newer used car. Thanks for the great experience. I will now get to experience a new and different Honda ride!
