Took my car in for inspection and oil change. Car was having a engine problem common with Kia forte. Nothing was done as they said that I need a new engine. Cost about 8,000. They made it run worse now than when I took it in. The service sucks. I asked Kia to do a courtesy engine change and was denied. Looks like my next car will not be a Kia. They don't care about their customers only the almighty $. ..
