?? Dealership was the same that it?s always been. Addressed the issues and took care of them promptly. Gave us a loaner also.
Suzanne, we're happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our team. Please reach out to us if there is anything else we can do for you. We ...hope you have a great day.
Faulkner's was great from the very beginning. I will be buying our next Subaru from them.
Randy, thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled you found our team knowledgeable and the whole experience pleasant and easy. We hope to see you soo...n! Take care!
I bought a new 2017 Subaru Forester last week. The sales representative was very thorough and attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to negotiate... a deal. He went even farther at the end when we discovered a small scratch on the vehicle and I almost walked. They were patient and professional through the whole process.
Jennifer, thank you so much for the positive review! If you're ever in need of more help, please let us know!
My salesperson D. Mann was excellent as well as the technical support person who helped me; I believe his name is Rich. Being able to stop in and get... help with some of the new electronic devices on the Forester makes the SUV that much more fun. It is a great SUV. The new global platform on the Forester is really nice. The on lot parking is limited so it would be helpful if they got a larger area for parking. Otherwise top shelf!
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!
I took my Outback in for a recall and asked about a wiggle I had at 15 mph. I had previously had this "repaired" at another Subaru dealer with a transmission... software fix ...but it didn't work. The folks at Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg found I had bad front axles; they were able to replace the left one that day; and the right one the following week when the part came in. The service people took time to explain everything in detail. They told me how long it would take and their time estimate was correct. The waiting area is very comfortable and they even have snacks available, TV and internet.
Thanks for your great review, and for giving our dealership such a high star rating! If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're a...lways happy to help!
Our experience with the staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful and tried to answer all our questions. The entire buying experience was fast and easy.... the next day however I had a flat tire and the tires were supposed to be new. I didn't call since I didn't get any warranty and we live 2.5 hours away.
Chaye, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us! If you're ever in need of more help, please let us know! We hope you have a great day!
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy... serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
Hi Gregory, we regret your most recent visit with us was not up to the standards we strive for. Our manager would really like to speak with you more r...egarding this matter. Please reach out to us at (717) 564-4545. We look forward to hearing from you.
I just recently bought my first Subaru wrx this week from Faulkner and must say I was pretty satisfied. I had an issue with a sensor that needed adjusted... due to different wheels being put on. I made a call to the dealership and they told me to swing back by and they would take care of it. Not only did they correct the issue but they topped off my tank of gas and gave my car a wash. Now most people would have been irate they had to bring a brand new car back to have a sensor fixed but I simply understand how things get missed and stuff happens. Faulkner Subaru made it right and exceeded my expectations. Richard did a great job and was all around helpful. The manager was extremely friendly as well. Would certainly buy a car here again
Dustin, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg. Please don't hesitat...e to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you. Safe travels!
I was very disappointed in my experience here. Felt the sales staffs main objective was to bamboozle me into a higher interest rate and a lot of unnecessary... add ons at closing
We regret to hear that you had this experience with us. Our number one goal is that every customer leave satisfied, and it's disappointing to hear tha...t you felt our team did not have your best interests in mind. Here at Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg, we are always looking for ways to improve; we appreciate your input. If you would be willing, we would like to have you contact our manager (888) 502-5416 to discuss ways we can better serve you in the future.
I recently had my 2018 STI with only 350 miles serviced at Faulkner Subaru due to being misaligned from the factory. Upon return of my vehicle, I noticed... my trip meter had registered 15.7 miles, my boost gauge's peak PSI had been reset to zero, and the SI-drive system had been switched from intelligent to sport mode. The mileage is the least of my concern as I can understand the need to thoroughly test the alignment. But the other two indicate to me that the vehicle had been driven hard and/or carelessly by a technician during the recommended 1,000 mile break-in period, with the boost gauge being reset to hide the peak that it hit while driven in sport mode. I contacted both the service manager and my service advisor to discuss the situation. I was told by the service manager that the technician denied changing these settings and may have 'accidentally bumped a button'. For one, is the technician really going to admit that they did this? Not likely. And also, both of these items require intentional actions to reset (the boost gauge is a press and hold for approximately 3 seconds and the SI-drive mode requires turning a knob by hand). Neither one, let alone both, are likely at all to be set accidentally. It's extremely disappointing to have custom-ordered my STI, waited two months for it to arrive, and followed the break-in recommendations religiously... just to have someone else treat it carelessly in the first few hundred miles. Now I have to be concerned about issues that could arise in the future from that sort of treatment. I've purchased 2 vehicles and have had 3 of my Subarus serviced at Faulkner Subaru, but needless to say I will likely be taking them elsewhere from now on.
