In need of a new used Forester i watched their website
In need of a new used Forester i watched their website for several days and saw several cars that were of interest but the ones I was interested in sold quickly. I happened to be on their website when a brand new listing popped up, just what i was looking for!! As fast as my fingers could type, I contacted their online sales. I told them I had seen cars go so fast that I did not want to miss out on this one, I wanted to get it before it ended up being sold. I asked for final price, gave the rep all my info, and was told they'd be back with price shortly,so I waited. The pics for the car popped up and I reaffirmed my desire to purchase and was told price was on the way. I made repeated contact with the rep eager to close the deal. Hours go by and rep stops responding to my email. This continues over night. Contact rep before hours wanting to close the deal. Still waiting on price. Hours later after more back and forth, the rep says: sorry for the inconvenience but that car was sold late last night. What?? How??? I made attempt to buy at 3pm when listing first appeared and was given a run around. I was willing to travel a few hours for just the right car. I have been purchasing used cars online since 2012 from various central PA dealerships. In those many instances, I have contacted online sales and told them i wanted to get that car and asked for price. Within a short, reasonable time, price was given and deal was closed. Totally inept here, total disrespect of the online buyer.

Terrible online sales.
Terrible online sales. After watching cars go quickly on their website good fortune turned my way. A new listing appeared when at their site, that was just what I was looking for. In minutes I had contacted their online sales and they were surprised since listing was so new. I said I jumped on the new listing since it was the car I wanted. Response was we could maybe knock a couple hundred off price. In return I once again stated I wanted the car but would appreciate any savings. The pics came out for the listing and I once again affirmed with the rep that I wanted the car. The rep said they would get me the pricing details. Great! We make travel plans, bank plans. Keep waiting and rep says still working on paperwork. Well, what I thought would be a couple hours,turned into overnight. Surprisingly the rep tells me in the morning that we're still waiting for final price. Ok, wait some more. Then, hours later, the rep tells me sorry for the inconvenience but it's sold. How can that be? I called minutes after it posted online. I stated 3 different times I wanted to buy. I'm waiting for final price from dealership, instead it gets sold out from under me. I have been buying cars online since 2012 and never once had the online sales person show such disregard for a serious online buyer. I have had better success at other dealerships in that region and will be returning to them instead.

They always go above and beyond for their clients! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, I feel Subaru’s offer the most safety a vehicle can offer. The staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure the client is satisfied with their purchase and making sure it the right vehicle for your needs! My family and I wouldn’t choose any other dealership! If you’re looking for a good sales person Evelyn is your go to person! From the time you walk in and walk out you leave feeling like you are part of the Subaru family!

I contacted salesperson Dan Mann of Faulkner Subaru on a
I contacted salesperson Dan Mann of Faulkner Subaru on a possible trade in of my 23 Sub Forrester Wilderness 6 months old 4,700 miles and was quoted low KBB value of $10,000 below retail. Dan became ( as in the past) ignorant and rude. Also he must have the authority to tell me that I can no longer come to Faulkner dealership to look at or purchase a vehicle ever again. Boy I wish that I can hear what the President of Faulkner Subaru would say about this.??? Buyer Beware of this dealerships practices. It was Shocking!!! By Dan!

No thanks… that was the second time having to be treated like this by Dan Mann. A few years back he was the same way. I do not not need to deal with his arrogance. And how can you ask me for another chance when Dan the man stated that I cannot step foot on the property and buy or look at a car ever again! I assume that he is above your pay grade….????
Recently purchased my second Subaru in the last 3 yrs.
Recently purchased my second Subaru in the last 3 yrs. First class sales and service. Very friendly employees always willing help out and offer assistance as soon as you walk in the door. No pressure sales. Post sales visits with Mitch to cover everything you need to know about the vehicle is worth every minute of the appt. Saves you hours of reading through the manual to figure out all the features each vehicle offers. Highly recommend the visit which can be however long you need it to be spent with Mitch. Both of my visits were less than an hour. Nikki was my sales agent for the Crosstrek purchase. Nikki had all the necessary paperwork, sales doc's etc. ready to go on the day of the sale. Brief visit with the finance dept. and I was out the door in less than 2hrs. Another no pressure sales experience at Faulkner Subaru! The General Manager Doug Jones always takes the time to stop by and thank you for visiting and purchasing a vehicle for his dealership!
