PRICE GOUGING ALERT! I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz GTC and asked why it was overpriced by $10,000. They cited Kelly Blue Book and some goofy explanation about current market prices. I was born at night, but not last night. Buyer beware, this is a greedy price inflating dealership who's focus is making the most on every single vehicle. People are fed up with used car salesmen taking advantage of buyers. This dealership has a well earned reputation of the bottom feeding, fast talking, greedy used car salesmen that people avoid at all costs.

Used to love buying from here. Since we bought our Jeep Cherokee in December of 2022 I've had constant issues. Not just with the vehicle but today even the service department which I've lost complete faith in because they can't seem to fix the same issues I've taken it in for. I was even told last time "the hood will always shake some" which I'm not comfortable with and it should be fixed properly. I have taken it back close to 10 times just for the hood shaking and setting off the auto stop/start sensor. Also had the coolant leak fixed 2 months ago and now it's leaking again. Was told we would hear back today on it. (I had to call) when I called in I was on hold for 20+ minutes then told "Alright Brandie I'm going to give it to you straight your vehicle won't be done today we appreciate you calling but not today maybe tomorrow call us back. Thanks again Brandie." I stated 3 times that's not who he was talking to then whoever the service tech was HUNG UP. I tried calling back 3 times with no answer. Had to call sales to even get service to answer. At this point I would say DONT buy from them. If you do be prepared for crap service. Do your research before planning on going here. This isn't the only issues we've had went we bought a Durango from them we had it less than a week and had to take it back for new rotors and was told "oh well that happened sooner than we thought". None of this is even mentioning that because I am a woman "I brought back up" when I had my husband pick me up when dropping off my jeep. Fun fact I know more than him about vehicles. -Makayla H.

Brody did a great job from test driving the car to finalizing all of the details for purchase. Did take a little longer to get to Finance then I expected but overall experience was very positive.

From the Sales Department (Joe an Brody), to the Service Department (Mason), and to the Parts Department (Eldon), and finally at the purchasing office (Martin); my experience has been nothing but Outstanding! I was traveling over the Christmas holiday to visit my sister in the area and had a problem with my Dodge Ram Promaster. After trying several dealers, I was finally able to get an appointment at the Provo Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge dealer the next day. They diagnosed it quickly and had it back to me by the end of the next day, running better than it has in months! As it is my camper van, I was very grateful. Good people, great mechanics.
