Thank you for the five-star rating! We’re glad your first visit to our service center went well, and our team is pleased we could wash your Telluride for you.
The folks in the service department are great and we are satisfied with the work. But, for whatever reason, we continue to receive recall notifications for the work we've already had completed. Two phone calls to Kia have not resolved the issue. My concern is that when we sell the car, it's going to show that we've never had the recalls completed. 5 weeks later and no one seems to be able to update our records.
