Brought my brand new EV6 in for my first service, a tire

Brought my brand new EV6 in for my first service, a tire balancing. Even though it was a small item, I was a little concerned about what I would find the first time around with an unfamiliar service department. Have to say, it was one of my most pleasant service experiences, ever. Chad and Ethan were friendly, accommodating, courteous, and professional. I had a number of questions about my new EV, and they answered them all, fully and patiently. As to the work done: it was accomplished in a timely manner, and with the results I was hoping for (a smoother ride on the highway.) In addition, an inspection was conducted of my vehicle, which included tire tread, brakes and fluid levels, without my having to ask for it, and at no charge. Bottom line: I drove off more than satisfied, and confident that I'll be able to bring my car to Team Kia's service anytime, knowing that both it---and I---will be well taken care of.

Act of Kindness

Always a great experience at Johnstown’s Team Kia! They always go above and beyond! Stephanie in the service department graciously let us have the tires she ordered for HER OWN vehicle so that we would have a safe trip to visit my son. I will never forget her act of kindness! My Kia only has little over 38,000 miles on it and they would NOT inspect it due to a tear on wiper blade, not only that lady at the window shut the window on me as I was asking for my keys and why! $39.99 plus labor for wiper blades lol for a tear. Then a sign on the bathroom (out of order) I ask is there another rest room after being there for 45 min. She said no we have NO WATER 10 minutes later they told me as soon as they WASH my car (umm just told me NO WATER) it would be out. I said no thanks you don’t have water I just want my keys and she slammed the window shut. The young boy was very nice!

Very friendly staff. Bought a used 2019 Kia Optima fully loaded at a great price. Wish a spare tire was included rather than a tire inflation kit. Reasonable trade in value for my 2009 Kia

Car Service

Team Kia Johnstown is great. When I bought my car here the salesman (Mark Nagy) was very nice and helpful. When I picked up my new car Mark also took the time to go over everything with me and set up radio and Bluetooth settings for me. When I brought my Kia back to have it serviced the Service people were very pleasant and helpful. They serviced my car within an hour and also washed it for me. They went over everything that was done to it and also escorted me to my vehicle.

Worst dealership ever!!!

I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint.
