The vehicle was very over priced.

The vehicle was very over priced. There were several other adds for the same model and options at much more competitive prices. The dealer also advertised it for one price cars.com but a higher price when I called. Yes, they offered to meet the advertisement but by then I did not have a warm & fuzzy feeling with this dealer.

So far disappointed.

So far disappointed. Was told the problem would be fixed. In addition they recommended a coolant flush. Went in with check engine code. One week and 1400 $ later same code plus a coolant sensor code. Had to wait 2 weeks for another appointment. Car there all day. No courtesy call. Had to call them. Not ready. No update. So we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I had a bad experience, but would give them another

I had a bad experience, but would give them another chance. I had my Polestar 2 in for service. While they fixed the computer problem under warranty and kindly replaced a missing trunk cover lift cord, I was left waiting much longer than told. I finally went back to the serve area to check the status of the car and saw my keys on the desk of the "dedicated polestar rep" who had apparently gone to lunch. They quickly finished my paperwork and brought my car around. As I went to my car they made sure to tell me to give them 5s and 10s on the survey, When I got in the car I immediately notice the grease smears on the windshield and all over the left side of the car.if you have people dedicated to cleaning cars, You would think they would notice when you can't see out of a car to drive it safely home. The car was rewashed, but not well enough, I had to simple green the car when I got home, needless to say I never received the survey.guess they don't like neutral/bad reviews. So guess I have to leave my experience here.

Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is terrible. The car I purchased is good, however the temporary registration expired. I called to check on the status of my registration plates, got the run around. Seems like they forgot to order or pickup my plates. Left messages and emails over several days, no reply back. Only person that would talk to me was the front desk girl. She had no information to provide. After frustration over a few days, she told me my plates were in, I asked to mail them to me, they told me they would, at the time of the sale. She told me I live 45 minutes from the dealership, I have to live a hour away for them to be mailed. So I guess, I need to drive the car to the dealership, to pick up my plates, with the expired temporary registration. I have purchased many cars over my life, never had customer service like this. Pathetic!!! My next drive to Volvo of Princeton (Lawrenceville) will be my last!!!!! They made in error in getting my plates, and refused to make it right by mailing them and keeping their word that they would. Buyer beware!!!! Find another dealership!!!!!!!!

Purchased a Volvo S60 car on March 1, 2024 was promised

Purchased a Volvo S60 car on March 1, 2024 was promised in writing by Sale Rep DwVaughn B and Sale Manager Jason D some cosmetic fixes to the vehicle. I was given the total run around that they were no longer going to hold up to their promise that they made in writing. After 10 plus phone calls & no resolution I reached out to Volvo corporate headquarters. They sent the request to the incorrect dealership and nobody seems to know how to handle it. It’s rather simple and I am very unhappy. As a LOYAL Volvo purchaser, I’ve owned 7 Volvo cars over the past 10 years. I have still not gotten a response back from the Princeton Dealership nor Corporate Volvo. This is a warning to everyone, Princeton Volvo is most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Please go to Cherry Hill or Wynn Volvo and get a way better deal & customer service!!

Irresponsible Service Advisor, I had a flat tire, I

Irresponsible Service Advisor, I had a flat tire, I called Princeton Volvo made an appt to bring the car in. I let them know I had purchased a Dynamic Wheel Max Warranty when I purchased the car from Volvo. I changed the tire and nervously drove 22 miles on donut tire to the dealer. I was surprised they didn’t offer roadside assistance. When I arrived, I checked in and told them the tire was in the trunk. As I was leaving, I reminded them again about the warranty. The service advisor Brian handed me the keys back and said "they do not deal with third party companies". I said, “When I made the appt 1 hour ago you did. I purchased the car at a Volvo dealer who sold me the warranty so it’s not a third party sale". He never offered a solution or help or anything. I was dismissed! I went out to my car and called the dealer I purchased the car from, located 60 miles away. They stated Princeton Volvo absolutely should accept the tire service. I went back in asked for the service manager, they said he was out. I spoke with Brian again. I mentioned the information the Volvo dealer provided. He said, "It’s nice of them to tell me how to do my job". then walked out into the service bay area. His actions and demeanor where nothing like I have experienced in all my years of servicing cars with Volvo. He was certainly non on script for Volvo customer service. He didn’t offer to help or even look at the tire. I was frightened to drive the donut tire an additional 60 miles for service. I left shaking and afraid. Knowing you shouldn’t drive over 50mph on the tire it was not an easy task to get all the way to Summit NJ. However once there the other dealer promptly fixed my tire and I was on my way in less than half an hour. While I was driving someone from Princeton Volvo called and said if I wanted to come back they would look at the tire but they would need to hold the car for up to a month until they received payment from the tire warranty. Ridiculous. the tire needed a patch. We are talking about a tire patch, really you need to hold the vehicle for a 30 days. He asked what he could do to make the situation better I suggested he send me a service survey. He said that is not possible. I had been servicing my Volvo XC60 and Princeton but NEVER again. Their service advisor Brian is in serious need customer service skills training.

Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of

Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else.
