Found a truck online and proceeded to buy it and did buy

Found a truck online and proceeded to buy it and did buy it so I thought. The same day I was at work and had the edocs emailed to me to sign. I tried signing paperwork on my phone and noticed it said desktop or tablet preferred so I asked the salesman if it was ok to sign whe man i got off off of work in a few hours so I couple do so on my laptop. Got home signed the paperwork at 3pm and was happy thinking I had a new truck on the way. Hours later I thought it was odd that I hadn't heard from anyone, at 7pm the salesman said it was sold to someone else before I got off of work. Who does that!?!?

This dealership has the best staff!!

We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! Big shout out to Vee Kuszak who was the one who made everything come together so easily!! When we are ready we will be going to this dealership for a new explorer! Thanks so much!

This dealership has the best staff!!

Well first of all I asked about a inspection report for

Well first of all I asked about a inspection report for the vehicle multiple times I never received one was told the engine code I asked about was only an oxygen sensor. I asked if anything else other than cosmetic was wrong and I was told nothing else was wrong.. so I established that there word was verbal contract. Signed papers without receiving a buyers guide and also no inspection report I left to have the codes read and turns out there was 21 codes thrown in this beautiful Camaro and couple weeks later when someone finally called me back I told them it wouldn't start so I had it flatbed towed to my local dealer and after them selling me a void contract for service because the claim got denied due to aftermarket parts I was not informed about.. I owe my local dealer for tear down $1200 for the inspector to come and deny a claim they knew would get denied ... On top of that I live 110 miles away and made not one but 2 trips second time I asked to speak to a general manager after battling with management and getting service to tell me the undisclosed codes where there before I bought it.. I went and talked to Jim who claimed to be sales manager, finance manager and also I guess speaks as the GM because I never got to speak with GM and I got told that there is nothing they will do even tho they are responsible for the fraudulent contract they sold me.. they told me it was sold as is but in the state of Indiana. If you are sold a protection plan on a used vehicle that leaves liability to the seller of that contract regardless. I have the GM of my old job (the Chevy dealer my vehicle is at locally) even speak with this Jim.. and he even said that they are responsible for all the costs of repairs and the vehicle being it had undisclosed mechanical issues when I bought it proves this dealership has no care for there customers and they told me I was stuck with it and they would do nothing to help me and it's honestly the worse thing I've ever seen a dealership do to someone who is working to provide for his wife and two kids I've lost my job over it I've lost a vehicle out of it and they just sat and laughed and poked at me while I sat in there dealership trying to get them to hold some responsibility to the lemon they sold me.. please avoid this dealership at all costs just from my experience they are not doing anything but scamming people

This dealership will not receive any stars from me, I had been researching a car I wanted on the Carfax (app/website), and I did my prepurchasing through the CarGurus (app). I literally had to show up and sign the papers. This dealership's word means NOTHING, zero integrity. I did everything in textbook fashion, set an appointment on the previous business day ( and confirmed with Skylar via text (he confirmed it to be 1:15), and came in ON TIME with all the proper documents and insurance information. Instead, I arrived in the most uncomfortable situation I had ever been in as a customer in my entire life. We decided after arriving to check out the car before we went in to sign, 3 guys stood outside shooting uncomfortable remarks, "It's sold don't bother, among other things." It was a very uncomfortable feeling to have, especially after driving 40 minutes to sign a contract, and I did not choose a backwater dealership, I thought I chose a big-name dealer I could trust, I've owned 4 different Mustangs throughout my life, I have never had a bad name to say about the brand.. I had been speaking to Skylar since the a.m. and my financials had already been submitted AND approved), next we walked in not to be greeted by any form of customer service representative, no instead we found our seats ourselves, as everyone stared at us uncomfortably as if in disbelief we were there. To make a long story shorter, we sat there without anyone having the courtesy to even tell us we were wasting our time instead I was told my appointment meant nothing in so many words, they didn't even try to offer us something else. Instead, 45 minutes later after watching a group of younger guys shoot looks and comments AND go through financing qualifications on the car, I came to finalize, as we sat there while the door was open full audience to all of it AND the looks. We finally got pulled into an office with Skylar who told us "He texted us someone was looking at it." This was after we told him we were on our way, coming to sign, and that we had a 40-minute drive. He also told us that if we had put a 500$ hold it would have been different. In the numerous times we had communicated in the last 24 hours (twice by phone, even more through text messages) NOT ONCE did he ever mention a 500$ hold, it totally wouldn't have been an issue. I had even called the previous day and spoken to someone to whom replied Skylar was busy, I told them very clearly and concisely I did all my prequalifications 24 hours in advance, I'm very serious about the car, and literally want to visually inspect before I sign, but am ready to sign WITH a deal on the table. Skylar then took it up a notch and lied time to our faces (one of which is confirmed via text) and told us we had no appt, but they did. (However, he must have forgotten that he texted me a group of guys walked in with no appointment and just thought I should. I mean what good is an appointment if a FORD DEALER won't even honor it? Furthermore, he was completely aware I was on my way to sign and driving a 40-minute drive. We unapologetically walked out without any promise of any other service, an apology, just uncomfortable looks, and a 60x more uncomfortable situation. This dealership has no honor and integrity and will unapologetically waste your time and if it suits them put you in an uncomfortable situation. Thank you for reading and happy shopping... Hopefully not here.

Toby did a fantastic customer service performance with

Toby did a fantastic customer service performance with us. Not only did he have great contact with our questions and concerns, he personally took the vehicle home to make sure it was up to our standards and took it to a car wash in the weeee hours on a Saturday morning. We didn’t arrive until 2pm, but he had everything cleaned and ready to test drive. Very polite and cordial. Would recommend this dealership, no fuss no muss and the financial advisor was a great help also. Gave us several payment options we finally got to agree on. He made it all work! Extremely happy with our probably, last life’s purchase with the way the economy is going. Thanks again Tipton “Rocks” Ford. C & K Jackson

Tipton Ford has OUTSTANDING customer service! I am extremely happy with the purchase of my truck. My experience was so much better, easier, and faster than any other dealership, and I will definitely be back. Caleb and Cory are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took good care of me, gave me a great deal, and I walked out with a massive upgrade. This was my second purchase from Tipton Ford in under a year.
