This dealership has the best staff!!

We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! Big shout out to Vee Kuszak who was the one who made everything come together so easily!! When we are ready we will be going to this dealership for a new explorer! Thanks so much!

Great People. Great Cars. Great Deals.

Tipton Ford has OUTSTANDING customer service! I am extremely happy with the purchase of my truck. My experience was so much better, easier, and faster than any other dealership, and I will definitely be back. Caleb and Cory are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took good care of me, gave me a great deal, and I walked out with a massive upgrade. This was my second purchase from Tipton Ford in under a year.

Overall good experience

Amazing experience with Tipton Ford. Just bought an F-150. Skyler Whetsel helped me get this purchase, very helpful and nice and understood what exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this dealership.

GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED THE CAR!

I contacted Christian about a 08 BMW and asked him to go over the car with me by phone since I was out of state. I asked him to show me all the flaws. He said the car was in beautiful condition and considered buying it himself. He described a few minor flaws and continued to rave about how nice it was. I agreed to buy and have it shipped to me.

False Advertising- Go Elsewhere

What a joke. I called on a car and was told that their website pricing was a mistake. The actual price was $2000 more than what they had shown. Additionally, I qualify for x-plan pricing. To use that, it would be even more still.

After purchasing- found that they don’t inspect their cars before selling and didn’t offer the car fax till after I signed. Many electrical issues not covered by the useless warranty they sold me. Found out I’m not alone. They sell crap here and will tell you want you want to hear until you sign then offer you only $300 towards a $7,500 repair within weeks of purchasing. A repair they would have know about if they had simply done a service check before they sold it to me. I was also forced to change my purchase price and buy products I didn’t want like Poleystill on an already faded van after I got into the signing room.

Used Truck buying experience at Tipton Ford (2/22)

Salesperson (Chris Sadler) was excellent and the Finance Team went above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely use this dealership again. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership.

Really...

So I called/cash in hand to buy a van from them. Set up an appointment to test drive it. Couldn’t get to Ford till later in the day cause I was at work, person on the phone said no problem we can set you up a test drive at 5. 3:30 is now here getting ready to leave to go test drive the van and got a call it sold. So was my appointment not looked at or just brushed off.
