Excellent car buying experience! Dan Justice was courteous and helpful. He focused on getting us a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure for for a quick decision. We were given a good price through the Affiliate program and various incentives. We were given a good price on our trade-in. After a test drive of a vehicle similar to what we wanted, Dan reviewed the available option packages with us. Because we wanted a combination of color and options that was not in stock, he was happy to order a car that was exactly what we wanted. All of the applicable incentives and the correct Affiliate program discount were offered and properly applied. We were shown print-outs of the options, prices, discount and incentives, and were allowed to take the time to carefully review them. There was no pressure to take a vehicle that we did not want or to make a hasty decision. It was OK to go home and think and discuss before deciding. Needless to say, we ordered the car that we chose. I highly recommend Hillview Motors and Dan Justice. The was probably the best car-buying experience I have had in more than 30 years. There were no games. pressure, or tactics - just an honest focus on satisfying the customer.

I accompanied my son shopping for his first new car. We dealt with Dan Justice. He was extremely helpful and supportive. He allowed us to take our time - there was no pressure for a quick decision. Rather than pressuring us to take a vehicle that was in stock, he allowed my son to specify exactly what he wanted. Dan gladly worked with my son to select the exact color and options that he wanted, and he ordered a car to suit his requirements. Dan made sure that my son received all of the promotions and rebates that were applicable. My son was also eligible for a discount under the Affiliate program (due to his employer), and he received the proper discount. He also received a fair trade-in price for his old vehicle. The costs and discounts were clearly spelled out in writing, and we were given enough time to carefully review the numbers. Altogether, this was one of the best, or possibly the best, car-buying experience I have had in more than 30 years. This is the way it should be. It was comfortable and enjoyable. In the end, we felt that my son got the right car at the right price without any stress. If you are looking for a Dodge/Ram/Chrysler/Jeep product, I absolutely recommend Hillview Motors and Dan Justice.

I bought a used car at Hillview. It was, by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many cars over the last several decades, at all sorts of dealers in many different states. There is no comparison: Hillview is the best by far.. The people were friendly, open, honest and outgoing. I was not buying a Chrysler product, but that did not seem to make a difference in their attitude. My advice: If Hillview has the model you want, don't consider going anywhere else. Don't wast time and energy preparing for the usual emotional battlefield of car buying. It's not necessary. BTW, I drove an hour to get there, and I'd do it again in a second.

We bought our car over the phone never having seen the car nor had we met the dealer. I called the local Mercedes dealership and a salesman said that the car was serviced at his dealership by the previous owner but that the we were safe to buy any car that Paul/Owner of Hillview Motors put on his lot. The car arrived quickly via transport and it was more incredible than I had imagined. IMPECCABLE and obviously well maintained. I can honestly say that although I live in Atlanta, GA I will most likely look to purchase future cars from Hillview Motors.

Once you are ready to make a decision, the Hillview sales representatives are top notch. You are treated with respect and kindness throughout the sale process. If you are looking to trade in your vehicle, drive it to Hillview. Hillview has given us more than fair trade-in prices for the past three vehicles we have traded in toward our new vehicle purchase. Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is an overall rewarding experience you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else in this area.

This experience was by far different from the rest. From the moment we arrived the Salesman made us feel comfortable and that he wanted us to get the right vehicle for our needs and price bracket. Stephen Huba demonstrated in-depth knowledge about the vehicle line-up, as well as the options and the pricing. He took the time to work with us through the choices and even offered to search other dealers inventory if Hillview Motors didn't have exactly what we wanted. I bought a used Mini Cooper S from Hillview. Customer Service: My salesman went out of his way to help me. I had to travel about an hour to get to Greensburg, so my opportunities to visit were limited. He came in on his day off just to show me the car late in the evening. Buying Process: The price was already very competitive, but I was planning to try to talk them down about $1000. They offered me $1200 off the price before I even began to haggle, so I just took the deal. Then it was just a matter of signing some papers and it was mine. Quality Of Repairs: There was an engine light on when I test drove the vehicle, so I left it with them to check it out. They replaced the battery and everything seemed okay, so I took it home. Unfortunately, there were some remaining issues, including a leak in the thermostat. At first, I just had issues with the climate control system, but then an engine overheating light came on. Fortunately, I called Hillview and they promised to cover the work, as they should, since they gave me a 3-month warranty. I took it in for maintenance at Mini of Pittsburgh, and Hillview paid the whole bill. Facilities: The dealership is pretty nice. They even have a children's play area where my wife played with my son while I test drove and negotiated the sale.
