Great service!

First of all, I showed up one week early for my appointment lol ! I thought I was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation , and PA inspection but got the date mixed up. After driving all the way there I was so disappointed but the manager said well you?re willing to wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes we can do our best to see you! I said great I brought a good book to read! 90 minutes later my car was ready to go!! I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit me into their busy schedule!! Great service!

My experience was awful.

My experience was awful. Do not use this Dealership. They do not explain anything you are signing. Had to make a 45 minute trip back to the Dealership 3 times because they did not fix things they said they were going to fix. Horrible experience.

Harry Your were Awesome.

Harry Your were Awesome. Thank you for taking the time to take great care of me. I really love the Encore GX and actually now wish I had of Leased it for 36 months.. Oh well. Hopefully you will still be with there in 24 months so we can do business again,,,

MINOR REPAIRS TO TRUNK LID

Very good service all around. Convenient location. Provided transportation as left car overnight. Also appreciated pick up at home to return to dealer next day.

Jared H was my assigned salesman.

Jared H was my assigned salesman. He was very personable, and like others - did not put on any pressure. I told him up front what to expect as my credit rating was quite low. With a huge surprise, the team at Penske was able to work out a deal for me and I was able to drive away with a 2022 GMC Terrain.
