The absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure sales or games. Fair prices and trade in values. Taylor listened to what I wanted and was personable, quick, efficient, and just a great guy. Same with the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name). The vehicle I was interested in was already washed , had gas and waiting for us. I will never go anywhere else.

I scheduled the inspection of my car but was informed it

I scheduled the inspection of my car but was informed it wouldn't pass due to the condition of the frame. I spoke with Jared Homan about a used car. There was no pressure just information on the only used Terrain that was available. Later that day I talked to Jared and purchased the car.

Jared was easygoing, and he was open to friendly banter

Jared was easygoing, and he was open to friendly banter and negotiating. While I spent a little more than I wanted to, it was a good feeling knowing I was driving away in a safe vehicle for my family.

Thank you for your feedback, Jim. We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your recent experience at Geoff Penske GMC. We do want to clarify that we made every effort to accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, due to the coolant control valve being on backorder, we were unable to complete the repair immediately. We also recognize that you had specific requirements for a rental vehicle, and while we offered an SUV as an alternative, we were not able to secure a truck in time. We reached out to Hertz to find a GM vehicle, but unfortunately, they only had a Dodge available, which goes against the guidelines we have follow. We certainly don’t want to lose your business and would welcome the opportunity to make things right. We value our relationship with all of our customers, especially those with fleet needs, and we’re committed to providing the best possible service. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable and is not

The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable and is not pushy but instead tries to understand what the customer is looking for and then works to find vehicles that are potential options as well as best financing based on customer needs. The service department is top-notch with everyone there being friendly and polite, knowledgeable, respectful and ensuring that options are provided to help the customer decide on the most appropriate service. All in all a great place to do business.
